seem new RX-78-1 is actually based on Red warrior

The Exia parts reuse makes sense: MG Exia was NEVER designed with a Build Fighters variant in mind. Obviously, we'd get a lot of "sprue inefficiency" and having to include more old parts than they expected to.

I can understand redesigning (or in this case, "reviving") the old HGUC Guncannon, but do we really need another RX-78-2 after HGUC G30th, RG & MG 3.0? They should've spent that effort making new HGUC of new MS that haven't got made or rebooting the likes of HGUC Mk-II, Hyaku Shiki, or Zeta.

The joints and limb proportions kind of gave it away. ;)

I'd be all in for a new HGUC Zeta, but considering Red Warrior just came out it gives them an excuse to remold it as the RX-78-2. Plus Char's Zaku is getting an update due to The Origin, so it makes sense Bandai would want to give its eternal rival the same treatment.

I have a feeling that they are already planning on this. Basically, they'll be simplifying the RG's mold and parts... Not sure how tedious it would be on their end but it's just what I'm feeling.

Huh.... looking at the new HGUC Tryon 3 images above (:love: ), I just realized that its sword is made up of the eagle head and crab tail that are jettisoned during the combination process of the tree parts.

About damn time we get that Hyaku Shiki 2.0. I've been saying it in this forums the year I made my account, Hyaku Shiki needs a damn 2.0. Thank you GBFT for driving my point into those Bandai Execs' heads :D.

something tells me that Riku Tryon will have the articulation of a K9 Dog Pack, like it matters anyway since it combines, also the parts that were 'purged' according to the body layout screen during combination, which are Umi Tryon & Sora Tryon's formed the sword, sadly the V-fin still will be not accurate in all forms of grades as it magically forms through energy beams, like the Beginning Gundam's :heh:

The End now looks Vegan-ish in terms of design, its like a successor to the Gundam Legilis with more of their dragon themed appearance, though still blends well with the G Gundam theme like the Devil Gundam's Four Heavenly Kings.

Welp, I'm sure packaging bad shots aren't exactly exciting to most of you, but since this is my first one (lol), I'm pretty hyped it got here safe and sound. Trips to Brazil are always dangerous, and outside of some minor damage to the cardboard it came in, the actual package is in pretty great condition!



And now to start putting it together tomorrow, slowly, as slowly as one can, in order not to ruin anything, haha. Hopefully when I'm done I can share some slightly better shots just to see how poor a job I made for a first try.

Obvious difference is that lack of red in the back of the cloth.

Also I don't remember you can use skull at the shoulder as claws

- Boxing gloves, not claws. The MG Full Cloth could already do that.

Yeah, you have to paint the inside of the cloak red yourself (or just ignore it if you don't like red).

Actually, the skulls are energized boxing gloves. And yes, the MG can do it too, maybe even better. The problem with the HGUC image above is that it seems the skulls lack the ability (or someone forgot) to fold the fangs inward to wrap the arm properly, making it look like a half-ass set of claws.

This is the GBFT version, which comes with everythign standard. the HGUC version will include the Scissor Anchors, Screw Whips and other stuff that came out with the P-Bandai exclusive Crossbone. And Like the P-Bandai version a proper HGUC Crossbone Gundam Kai Kai Full Cloth will be a P-Bandai exclusive. DEVIOUS!!!

Wow....loving the new Gundam Try designs...if only they'll do MGs for some of those suits...

Well, MG Build Burning (whichever version) is a given, MG Red Warrior is easy, MG Crossbones are done, and that MG Hyaku Shiki 2.0 is pretty much preparation for MG Mega Shiki, I think.
