I always assumed that it will be released with Exia R2 HG(As stated above),but I thought the sword on R2 was different than the GN-Sword III that 00 uses?Unless the blade is the same(They do look mostly the same) but do they give you the normal 00 III as well?

The GN Sword used by the R2 is different from the 00 Gundam's GN Sword III, so no you're not getting the same weapon. And no model kit with the normal color GN Sword III has been announced as of yet.

Poor souls. You have so much to spend! I just decided to buy only HG Arche. the rest? MG or nothing :P (ah hell, if they release a 1/100 Reborns or Gadessa, I won't hold back either ;))

I wouldn't be opposed to a 1/100 Gadessa, but a 1/100 Reborn Gundam would make me quite a happy young man.
Spoiler for How I Really Feel:

I display my MG Hi-Nu with 4 of the Funnels deployed, its a waste to have all them funnels and not have them out for show.

I'm gonna use that O shield for the 00 Gundam....the 00 Gundam NEEDS IT.

Correct. The Japanese Name is a dead give away there, ending with "Gebera"

Bandai is most likely wanting to save on those elastic joints there. You can still seperates the funnels from the racks, you will need to buy an extra 1 or 2 boxes to deploy all 6 of the Funnels. It's just like the Seraphim-Seravee 6 Beam Saber gimmick.

The 1/100 00 Raiser Designer's Colour released in May will come with the GN Sword III.

Good thing that HLJ has a service to order individual runners. Once I see the instructions for HGUC Hi-Nu, I'll order parts for the other 4 funnels. Since the funnels have two colors, I'm assuming that each has two runners, for a total of 8 that I need (or 4 if each runner has parts for two). Total price may end up costing more than an extra Hi-Nu, though. :(

does anyone have the 1/60 Exia? i was thinking about getting it but not to sure. Id like to hear peoples thoughts on it.

Amber.Dawn 2009-04-04 02:14

TY very much.

Akyra 2009-04-04 03:39

Any Aussies here used HLJ's SAL delivery method? If yes, how long did it take you guys to receive your kits?

SonicSP 2009-04-04 06:51

A designers colour 1/100............?

Now Bandai could have just released a normal GN Sword III with HG 00-Raiser if they delayed for a month....they just had to be that greedy and evil huh?(Not that I blame them fully, they are a company)

Too bad such tactics can't be used with mass produced suits. If they did,we'd have a ton to mimic an army by the end of the day.But alot of single unique suits looks weird in one place.......

I'm hoping they'd rerelease the Ahead's awesome cannon weapon from 23.......as doubtful as it is.

The Missile launcher and a the A-law battle carrier would be cool too.

Am I the only one who thinks bandai is doing a disservice for itself??

I was planning to get HG 00 designer color, and then all of a sudden GN Sword III came out and I had to wait and see whether I need to paint the GN sword III (the green part...I really don't have resource to paint, so I would just buy a trans-arm color if the sword is in the right color...it's too weird if the GN-sword III doesn't get the green part right and I don't like to paint XD)

But by the time 00 trans arm color comes out, the heat is gone and ppl (or I) may back off, plus the new movie means new models are coming up (like wing zero gundam...)

Of course I don't represent others but I really think bandai is messing up with itself...

Tell that to those Transformers Toy collectors and Hasbro. While Bandai throw in something new, Hasbro just repackaged the same old toy in a different way.

There's also a reason why toy companies like Bandai and Hasbro stay as long as they do.

Another example, which was less famous but no less historic, is the Zoid toyline from Tomy. They've been around since 1982. Each of the relatively recent zoid anime series spinoffs are essentially repackaging the same group of toys in a different cartoon. All the Ligers, Gojulas, and Iron Kongs are recycled ad nauseum in cardboard boxes that are reprinted to match whichever cartoon series was the latest. The toys themselves barely changed.

Is there any word on whether or not there will be a HG kit for the Shin Musha Gundam?
