Just wondering if anyone here has built the first edition 1/100 Legend? Is it true that you can put 2 1/100 suits on the same stand? I vaguely remember seeing silhouettes on posters of having two suits on the one stand in one of the anime expos...

DarkWarrior 2006-07-24 14:43

No, that's not true. The stand only supports 1 MS at a time.

nope, but there is a option for using the stand for Strike freedom 1/100 and Destiny 1/100 (parts included). I-justice 1/100 don't know if that one is supported the manual doesn't shows that one

What is that red thing with wires popping out on MG F91's stand?

Is the Rafflesia , the "boss" MA that F91 fights with at the end of the movie.

I can't read Japanese, but I think it says something about I-Justice in the manual

Akyra 2006-07-25 06:14

*sigh*...i thought the whole new "special" stand thing actually supports more than 2 ms's at the same time. THAT would allow some awesome poses...

Thanks though.

EDIT: While I was searching the net, I came across HY2M 1/12 RX-78-2 Model. At first, i thought they had a typo with the 1/12. But it turns out to be true!

yea and unlike 1/12 Zaku II this one will have far more movement with upper torso especially arms and etc. the lower section will be still fixed for obvious safety reason - you don't want this huge thing topple over little kid now do you? :p This is one of Bandai's HY2M toy line (for someone with fat wallet and crazy enough for Gundam) heh I'm happy with my 1/24 RX-78-2 thank you but no thank you Bandai

Akyra 2006-07-27 19:41

Wow, DJ, you actually have the 1/24 version?! I am trying to get my hands on that one...even though it'll cost me 4000HKD IF i do manage to get it from HK..then the shipping to Aust...:eyespin:

dj898 2006-07-28 03:37

yea I got a cheap one with the box bit crushed. :p negotiated a pretty good deal though missus won't let me display it so it's packed and stored at the garage T^T

kct 2006-07-28 12:21

Is there a 1/100 IWSP in existence (resin or anything)?

duotiga 2006-07-28 18:56

I like it, even if it is just a black Dagger. I think the black makes it look sexy. :P

You know, about a year ago when I bought the Dagger+Gunbarrel kit I also bought me the HG Aile Strike kit. I really liked the idea of the packs being interchangeable. But the funny thing was I liked my strike with the sword and launcher packs (from the no grade 1/144's), so my Aile pack was left alone. So for fun I just stuck it on my Dagger and thought "wow, this dagger actually looks dangerous now, and the Gunbarrel display stand makes it look even better". I never thought the day would come when Bandai would actually make the Dagger with Aile pack, black no less. So I guess maybe a 1/100 Raider Gundam would be on the way soon...

About the Windam, I wish they would make one, I mean not everyone wants the MSIA one. But what makes me wonder the most, is if Bandai would ever consider the EAF's Mobile Armor's from GSD. I mean, a HG Mechanics version would be good enough, I really like those MA's.

On dalong.net site, why is the MG Strike rated 95, but the MG Strike Rouge is rated 91?

SNT1 2006-08-01 22:06

it could be either the Dalong guy is a snapper and hates pink, or the 200 yen increase wasn't worth it :P

I think all the grunty suits need UC treatment...look at how well the GMs do. :D

he said compared to MG Strike MG Rouge lost out due to the red duct in the back pack. And also comes with less parts and figure is missing. That why MG Rouge gets minus 4 pt. :p
