So it's anyone's guess which is the correct spelling since even the mangaka can't be consistent.

Eruza in katakana = Elsa no? I don't have the raws but was in written in katakana or in alphabet letters?

And i'm going by the explanation that Kana is illiterate or at least achohol destroyed to many of her braincells to write the name properly :D :heh:

But you remember the raw to be the same? Can't find it myself either, guess I have an excuse to pick up the tankoubon now...

Still, if that is the case, obviously one is right and one is wrong, and I'd say most signs point to Erza being wrong. For starters, most names in FT seem to be based around western names and words. 'Erza' doesn't really mean anything whereas the germanic name 'Elsa' carries connotations to the classic norse myth of the valkyrie, which the character Erza/Elsa strongly resembles.

Also, 'Erza' appeared before 'Elsa' in the manga, meaning that if it was a mistake by an assistant, it would be harder to spot for an editor not knowing the romaji spelling. If 'Elsa' was a mistake it should have at least been caught by the editor, as another spelling of the same name already had appeared.

All in all, my money is on Elsa. :)

Actually what made laugh like crazy was Lucy kicking Jose in the balls. The situation that lead to it was LOL. :D

LOL. Yeah.. Here he is, one of the "greatest" mages, yet he was so easily done in. What a fool. lmao

And thats exactly why he moved the guild and decided to attack, because he fell for a stupid trick and was amazingly humiliated.

in the future?

Who knows. Maybe they will make an anime, maybe not. But if they do i hope it's not a crappy as other animes but longtime running manga. :/

If anything, it might become like a One Piece with mages. I'm hoping it does in the future.

Speaking of One Piece. Doesn't natsu look a lot like Luffy?

If they ever decide to make an anime out of it then it's preferably that they do it when then manga is at 200is ch.

Yea, Natsu looks a lot like Luffy. Everyone has some sort of similarity with OP characters. That's probably one of the main reasons why I love this manga.
