Whats your favorite movie?
 

Mine has to be hands down between "Scarface" and "The God Father". Both are mobster/gangster related movies and they are the best ^_^

Tremors and Tremors 2: Aftershocks...there's just something about those 2 that i like the most...

My favorite movie of all time is Grave of the Fireflies.

No "What type are you?" threads allowed
A thread is a "What type..." thread if it requests some sort of trivial information from the members of the forum. (Such as "What is your height?") These threads serve no purpose. Is this really a "what type are you...?" thread.. man, it sure is hard to tell what really fits into that catagory :o

I think it just MIGHT be! You're essentially asking people what type of movie they like. Also, I haven't posted any forum rules in a loooong time! I was getting pretty anxious to do the ol' copy-and-paste.

Well im not really asking what type of movie they like, just what is thier favorite. That way other people or me who might find someone's favorite movie interesting can go check it out if they never seen it before :D .

I dont think its a what type are you, because its "favorite movie" not "favorite type of movie". Doesn't seem to far removed from a whats your favorite anime type thread. So I'll allow it. (ok so maybe that's not my choice....)

My favorite movie is "Boondock Saints". If you like gangster movies you might like this one. It's about two Irish american brothers in Boston who go on a killing spree to wipe out the Russian Maffia. It's really funny at parts and just plain cool at others. You should check it out wnkryo, it's not at all video stores but I believe Blockbusters has it.

Other favorite movie (im trying to stay away from the obvious like Star Wars or Lord of the Rings) is "Battle Royal" its a Japanese movie where the government institutes population control by putting a large group of high school kids on an island with explosive colars around their necks, give each a different weapon (some get crossbows, others swords, other guns, one even gets a trashcan lid :heh: ) and they must fight to the death until one remains. Really messed up. I believe the sequal is out too.

I would say: Pulp Fiction, The Lord of The Rings(both of them, and hpefully the third one) The Godfather (even though I have only seen the first one). I guess that's all, but mabe I will remember some later.
