It was revealed in this month's issue of SQ.19 that an OVA will be bundled with the 5th volume of the manga, coming out on August 17th. It will animate three of the chapters published in SQ.19: The prologue, Pollen Plan (YES!) and Body touch.

They skipped the Yui chapter, those bastards.

The OAD is just supposed to be an appetizer before the real thing anyway. I'm personally delighted we'll see that Mikan chapter animated so soon.

I just saw that TLR-D is presented by TBS, but unlike other shows (Chocolate, imoutos, Sankarea, Acchi Kocchi, Busou Shinki and the new Hidamari) has no additional information on the site. So I guess it will be broadcasted on TV after all.

The TV anime will start airing in October. The cast is still the same. Satomi Arai will reprise her role as Peke... not that she'll have a lot work.
