NN are on the way to the place where the 4th 7 Kings Conference is going to be held in Chiyoda,they're talking about unimportant SoL stuff but along the way they watched the broadcast of the all-Japan gymnast competition that Risa(who they won't meet until the Nyx incident in July 27) participated in when her accident happened,Metatron contacts Haruyuki from the UNF (thanks to the 2 months UNF special training to strengthen Haru's connection to the former after yesterdays Territory War) to tell him to go to the UNF,with only 5 minutes before they arrive at the destination of the conference,Haru tells the others that he will be back in 1 minute and dives to the UNF.

Haru summons Metatron's 3D icon form who tells him to wait 30 seconds before her 2nd form arrives,it turns out thanks to Orchid Oracle messing with Transitions,it caused unforseen changes in the system which caused Metatron to get locked out of Contrary Cathedral and by extension,her 1st form so she needs a shelter where neither she and Burst Linkers can't disturb each other,Fuuko(who dived shortly after Haru to check on him) joined in the conversation and gave Metatron a spare key to her Player Home so she can stay there later.

The reason Metatron contacted Haru is because one of the Four Saints was asking for him so she takes him and Fuuko to the Highest Level where they meet Amaterasu and Rose Milady who wanted to get confirmation about Saffron's death from him,She and Oracle were one of Blossom's 11 Childs(who were themed after flowers),after Blossom was mercy-killed by Chrome Falcon she and Oracle joined Oscillatory Universe while the other 9 mysteriously disappeared and then 1 day even Oracle disappeared from Brain Burst.Milady always believed that when the method of reinstalling Brain Burst was found,Cosmos would bring Blossom back.When yesterday's Territory Battle was about to start Oracle suddenly came back to OU to her shock but immediately after OU lost the Territory War Megumi told her the truth about Blossom's death which Milady refused to believe so she wanted to get a confirmation from Haru himself.After getting her confirmation Milady decided to do what she has to do for Blossom and Oracle's sake and leaves the Highest Level.After returning to RL,Fuuko tells KYH what happened(in which we also learned that KYH tried to convince Megumi to defect from OU and join NN but she refused out of guilt of betraying her best friend) before the 4th Conference begins.

The Stage for the 4th Kings conference is the Purgatory Stage and takes place in the same stadium where Taku's Kendo tournament is taking place,the Dualis Twins are responsible for opening the battle stage,the attendees from the Matching List are:

In this meeting the spokeswoman for NN is Rain and the merger between NN and Prominence is made known to the other non-OU Legions,Radio tried to start up shit concerning the merger and Rain's current position but later backed down because of Lotus.Lotus reported that the operation to identify ARS members in OU using the Territory War and the Matching List had "failed" which was supported by the twins which caused Tower to demand compensation by giving OU Shibuya,at this point NN reveals Puppeteer to activate her recording card(which can't be used if she's in the audience so the twins lets her join in on the battle stage as a participant) which actually recorded more than just Tower turning into his Vise form,it also recorded the Territory War being infested with Enemies and Metatron's intervention,and because it's impossible to fake the contents of a recording card this caused everyone to point fingers at Tower,even Grandee the silent one of the kings spoke up to reveal that he and Graphite Edge were searching for evidence of Black Vise and the whole NN vs GW battle for Shibuya in V18 turned out to be a set-up for all of this to happen.

Tower didn't even try to defend himself and revealed that the whole reason why they tried to invade Shibuya before Great Wall got the rights for the territory in the past was because their plan needed the 1st and 3rd areas of Shibuya to be under their control but because 1st gen NN handed Shibuya to GW,the timetable for their plan got delayed by a year(Raker speculated that they were after Yoyogi Park)

After Tower's revelation,he proceeds to explain that while it's impossible to use Abillities,Special Attacks and Offensive Incarnation while you are an audience and not a participant,there's actually 2 exceptions to this rule:the abillity to obscure other people's perception,amplified by the Incarnation System and the abillity to interfere with the system.

Even though no one has no idea what Tower is even explaining,Wolfram Cerberus(Now Wolfram Disaster) shows up and it turns out he was actually in the Matching List but Ivory Tower used Under Cover amplified by IS to make sure Cobalt didn't see his name,Blue Knight ordered Cobalt to kick Wolfram out of the Duel but Tower activates the new Cerberus III,Orchid Oracle on Wolfram's right shoulder who used Paradigm Breakdown to bring everyone to the UNF.

After the transport to the UNF is complete,Haru realizes the whole thing is a trap and tells Fuuko to get Chiyu and Nago out of the stadium while Mihaya gets Niko out of there,he then proceeds to fill up his Special Attack Bar as much as he can and flies Lotus and Thorn out of the stadium before a giant laser fired from the Chiyoda office building destroys the stadium.Because Haru had no time to completely fill up the gauge he is unable to fly over tall buildings even while using Light Speed so Lotus and Thorn uses Vorpal Strike and Thorn Retribution(her Incarnation attack from Millennium Twilight) to destroy a tall building so Crow can get past.

Crow,Lotus and Thorn rejoined with the rest north of the stadium and they decided to split into 2 teams:
Alpha team:Crow and Rain,deals with the one who destroyed the stadium.
Bravo Team:Lotus,Thorn,Bell,Raker,Leopard and Puppeteer
Before they split up,Thorn(who decided to join forces with NN to get out of the situation) fills up Crow and Puppeteer's gauge using Elementary Discharge which fills up other Burst Linkers Special Attack Gauge using her own with a bonus 1.6 multiplier increase,Puppeteer's share of her gauge was used to create 5 chocolate puppets to help rescue the others who were buried.

When Crow and Rain landed on the office building they were attacked by Argon Array who fired the giant laser and exposed her and Shadow Cloaker's positions in the process,Cloaker attempted to restrain Scarlet Rain by using Shadow Tie only to get interrupted by Crow and was finished off by Rain,Array makes a run for it as she needs a hour to shoot the giant laser again which is not something she can spam whenever she wants,she attempted to buy time by using Infinite Array to make sure Crow doesn't gain on her but he finds out that Infinite Array will only deal damage if anyone is in a close enough distance to her and the use of it to damage Crow was just a bluff to buy time,Crow then proceeds to equip Metatron Wings to kill her with a high-speed dive kick before she uses Infinite Array again.

Because of the use of Incarnation,many Large-level Enemies noticed and began moving from the south,Crow then notices from the remains of what used to be the stadium,the light that shows the appearance of a Death Marker has appeared.

Back to the Bravo Team,they and Puppeteer's chocolate puppets began the recovery work(no one died from Array's long range giant laser attack) starting with recovering Knight and Grandee from the rubble,then Pound and Schaefer,Aster Vine and Lemon Pierette were successfully recovered by the chocolate puppets,Thorn then takes an interest in the use of Puppeteer's chocolate puppets and flirts with the idea of scouting her from NN to Lotus's annoyance.

After the 5th puppet rescued the twins from the rubble,Wolfram Disaster shows up and just by hearing Vise's voice(Tower has the abillity to alter his own voice which is why no one realized Tower was Vise despite him speaking in keigo and having the nearly the same manners(Tower is more rude in his real form compared to when he is acting as Vise to the point even Thorn is annoyed with him,as shown in V17),immediately changes to Cerberus I and decapacitates Cobalt with her own sword,this angers Mangan who attempted to attack Wolfram only to get kicked into a nearby building which nearly reduced her health to 0,before Wolfram activates the stolen thrusters from Rain's Invincible to kill Mangan,Crow intervened from the sky only to get overwhelmed by Wolfram until Knight intervenes,Tower is taunting Crow in his Vise voice but no one knows which shadow he is hiding in.

While Knight is superior to Wolfram Disaster his habit of not using either Special Attacks or Incarnation Attacks until the opponent does ended up giving the latter a fighting chance.Grandee,Lotus,Rain,Thorn and Radio(who was invisible after getting embarassed by Lotus early in the conference) then intervenes in the fight and sorrounds Wolfram Disaster 6 to 1.

The 6 Kings and Wolfram(Cerberus I is still active) clashed in attack,at which point Vise uses his 3rd stage Incarnation,Icosahedral Insulation from the shadows which causes 20 5-meter triangles to appear from the shadows to form a black Icosahedron to trap everyone present there.

The forming of the icosahedron is impossible to stop and if the balance of the clash of the kings and Wolfram were to be unbalanced,a giant explosion would happen,Bell managed to push Crow outside the Icosahedron through an opening before the Icosahedron was completed and the sound of an explosion was heard after he got out but as the Icosahedron was not transparent he could not identify if it was the result of the clash being thrown off-balance.

At this time,Raker who left early to keep watch on Argon's death marker noticed the formation of the Icosahedron,Icosahedral Insulation
is probably Tower(Vise Form)'s strongest 3rd stage Incarnation binding attack and there is no way Crow and Raker can even destroy it,also she speculates that because of the sheer size of the Icosahedron,Tower has to completely turn into the Icosahedron instead of just converting parts of himself into bindings.

While the 2 of them are trying to figure out how to get everyone out,First Seat of the Seven Dwarves Platinum Cavalier(also known as Bashful and Bassher(Destroyer in kanji,Bassher is ruby text)) shows up riding a Pegasus Enemy and informs them that the Icosahedron is indeed Tower himself and says that not even Tower deactivate Icosahedral Insulation once it's activated.

While Cavalier observes the situation,Haru gets the idea to push the Icosahedron to Array's death marker(which isn't considered a living thing so it won't get rejected by the panels when it dislodges one of it) so they can dislocate 1 of the panels to free everyone but before they can do it,Metatron contacts Crow from the old Tokyo Tower to warn him of approaching danger and to tell him to get out of there,Platinum Cavalier then summons the enslaved Sun God Inti using The Luminary loaned by White Cosmos to descend to the icosahedron from the sky to EK everyone trapped including Tower and Wolfram Disaster.

As Crow has exhausted his Special Attack Gauge,he then equips Metatron Wings to get him and Raker to reach the Icosahedron to get everyone out of there,Ivory Tower died just by being near Sun God Inti for 5 seconds and the Icosahedron was dismantled as a result,Crow thought everyone died as a result of the clash being unbalanced,but it turns out Grandee sacrificed himself to protect everyone except Wolfram Disaster and the only ones who died in the explosion was just him and Wolfram.

Lotus,Knight,Rain,Thorn and Radio decides to stay in the ring of fire created by Sun God Inti and works together to get everyone else out of there,Bell,Puppeteer,Mangan,Pound,Vine and Pierette successfully escaped as a result of the Kings teamwork to hold off Inti,while Leopard and Schaefer escaped by turning into their Beast Mode.

A total of 9 escaped from the destroyed icosahedron while the Kings are fighting off Inti and Platinum Cavalier mysteriously disappeared from the area,the Icosahedron escapees and Raker regroups to wait until Cobalt(whose Death Marker was outside the ring of fire created by Inti) resurrects and gets out of the UNF through the Leave Point in the 1st floor of Chiyoda's office building(so even though Paradigm Breakdown transfers you to the UNF,you can still log out through the Leave Point PROVIDED it is within Paradigm Breakdown's AoE)

After waking up in RL,Fuuko immediately disconnects KYH's cable to force her to Log out,another duel was held to reveal Kings's current status:
-Knight and the Twins were diving together and they have successfully disconnected the cable to force him to log out.
-Grandee was diving alone but he had a force disconnect insurance in case he ever got EK'd so he's fine.
-Rain was diving with Pard and she was successfully disconnected from the UNF.
-Thorn was diving with together Vine and she successfully disconnected Thorn from the UNF.
-Again,Radio and Pierette were diving together and he's been disconnected from the UNF,it turns out he's actually Pierette's older brother and is probably her BB Parent.

From here everyone splits up,Chiyu goes to the stadium to check up on Taku,Fuuko leaves the stadium on her car,Haru,KYH and Nago goes back to their respective schools.

In the afternoon,it's revealed that while their school's Kendo team didn't make it to the top 6 when it comes to team matches,Taku actually entered the semifinals of the individual Kendo competition and earned the right to participate in the regionals so things are getting better for him,for now.

Haruyuki decided not to tell anyone that KYH is now in an EK situation with Sun God Inti to prevent everyone from worrying and going to the enclosed area to save the Kings in case Oscillatory Universe had another trap waiting in the situation where anyone escaped the trap and brought reinforcements,KYH requested Haru to go to her apartment for a talk in the evening to his confusion at the sudden request as when they were going to conference there was nothing odd with KYH.

There's some SoL discussion about finding a mate for the owl the school is taking care of and after everyone part ways,Haru goes to the convenience store to buy food for KYH before going to her apartment.

KYH was taking a shower when Haru arrived and he noticed that her eyes looked a little red before putting the food that he bought from the convenience store on the table,although KYH didn't look too different throughout the day until now,being EK'd isn't something to take lightly even if you are a Level 9.

Haruyuki tries to cheer up KYH and offers her the food he bought to comfort her,before Haru could leave KYH hugged him from behind.

The volume ends with KYH asking Haru to sleepover at her place for the day.

She was born in an artificial womb and her soul was overwritten with STL technology. This makes her some sort of a modified human.

Why do I have a feeling this will be like Evangelion.

-Kuroyukihime is one of the Machine Children,children that were the products of humans attempting to duplicate souls(I'm guessing they're trying to perfect the process considering Star King Kirito(whose existence is hinted at in V20 thanks to SSS Order's icon) wasn't exactly a success since he's more of a deviated copy of Kirito thanks to memory wipe at the end of Alicization),she was the result of an attempt to duplicate souls by overwriting a Fluctlight with another,basically cyber reincarnation.Kuroyukihime and Cosmos's mother was one of KAMURA's entrepeneurs while their father is one of their researchers,they were trying to research Fluctlight duplication using the overwrite method by overwriting her Fluctlight when she was in her artificial womb by attaching a baby-size Neuro Linker on her when she was still developing,her parents treated her like an experimental product and it's not really clear how much of KYH's original Fluctlight was overwritten with the template her parents are trying to duplicate.She has a number,20320930 which is 30th September 2032 in reverse to signify the date she emerged from her artificial womb and a barcode on the nape of her neck(which was hidden by her Neurolinker) as evidence she's a Machine Children.
-As expected,Megumi was never executed by Oscillatory for her rebellion but she was hospitallized thanks to being forced to accelerate in the UNF by OU and her consciousness was trapped in Wolfram Cerberus's Duel Avatar and became the new Cerberus III while her Duel Avatar which her consciousness still has a connection with is imprisoned in the 45th Floor of the UNF Midtown Tower,she wakes up from her Brain Burst induced coma after her Duel Avatar is brought to the Exit Point as she's no longer accelerating.
-It was foreshadowed in V9 by Ash,but we got confirmation that the Neurolinker was a descendant of the STL tech tree while BIC was from a seperate tech tree that involves interaction with the brain.
-KAMURA is a network equipment manufacturing company that made the Neurolinkers's software which was based on the Soul Translator while RECT only made the hardware of the Neurolinkers and were the ones who sold them,the former is secretly researching ways to perfect Fluctlight duplication using the overwrite process.
-Rose Milady's real is Tsubomi Koshika.
-Midtown Tower got turned into a dungeon after Metatron was liberated using mobs tamed using Cosmos's Luminary from the Valhalla dungeon,Einhejar and Varjag were among the tamed Enemies.
-Rose Milady decided that Megumi is more important than Oscillatory's cause of freeing Brain Burst of its curse and helped Haru free her from Midtown Tower
-You can actually upgrade Enhanced Armaments in Brain Burst with the help of a blacksmith drone named Mr.Smith whose encounter rate is low enough to be considered an urban legend,Ivory Tower met it and had The Luminary upgraded by giving it heat resistance so the control crowns it produces doesn't get melted by Sun God Inti's heat and imprisoned it in Midtown Tower so as to avoid the hassle of searching it again,Haru freed it from Midtown Tower but not before requesting it to upgrade Lucid Blade with heat immunity to deal with Inti next volume.
-The Luminary is actually a two-piece Enhanced Armament consisting of the Crown and The Scepter,it's abillity is Divine Light which generates a crown of thorns from the crown,the scepter allows one to control the Enemies enslaved by The Luminary.the scepter can be loaned to others so they can use its Enemy control power but the ownership of the crown signifies the true ownership of The Luminary which still belongs to Cosmos.
-3rd Gen Chrome Disaster's name is Centaurea Sentry.
-The last of the 4 Saints is confirmed to be Rudra.

Kawahara stated in an interview once that KYH's "biological" parents aren't Kirito and Asuna but he never stated anything about her being their daughter by soul,so maybe the Machine Children are an attempt to reincarnate children who died using STL technology,and KYH is an experimental attempt to succeed at this by overwriting her soul using KiriAsu's possibly deceased child's Fluctlight(doesn't mean KYH's parents are doing this for Kirito and Asuna though,for all we know they're trying to use KYH against them).

Looks like legacy of the Alicization Project lives on assuming this is a parallel timeline to SAO but with a twist. Consider the fact that the story Graphite Edge told to Haru and Fuko regarding how the last of the Seven Arcs came to reside in the Imperial Palace is different to the events in SAO. Something tells me that the battle between the two people mentioned in GE's story is still ongoing with Accelerated World as the battleground but from the shadows instead.

Regarding your WMG, I really doubt they are doing this for them. The moment Kirito and Asuna hear of this, they will put a stop to it. Looks like Kuroyukihime is right, there is something more about Brain Burst.

Although I get the feeling the moment Kuroyukihime grow up, she will disappear and be replaced by soul that was overwritten. This will force Haru to truly break his vow to not fight Kuroyukihime. The worst ending would he would lose her in the end despite his efforts. He would become a King to find a way to bring her back.

Sunday Evening July 21 2047,Asagaya residental area in South Asagaya.
Haruyuki and KYH eats the food that Haru brought from the convenience store,the former brings up the KYH's cooking skills in which she is steadily progressing,after the discussion the 2 of them had a duel to decide who gets to eat the last sandwich where Haru and KYH had a brief sword fight with the former losing with his sword being damaged from clashing with KYH's sword limbs,after taking a short break both of them had chat in which KYH asked why Haru chose Lucid Blade instead of upgrading his Aviation abillity for his Level 6 bonus,Haru told KYH that he and Taku promised each other to duel again after both of them reached Level 7 and he intends to fight with his Flight abillity and his new sword,from KYH's evaluation if it's just a free for all where both of them can use all of their arsenal Haru has the advantage but if it's just strictly sword vs sword then Taku has the advantage due to his experience in kendo.

KYH still doesn't have contact with Megumi after NN vs OU Territory War,while she does occasionally go shopping together with Megumi she never actually went to her home,Haru suggests contacting Rose Milady to get information to find Megumi's residence and both of them goes to the Highest Level to talk with Metatron

After reaching the Highest Level they contacted Metatron who has been resting on top of the old Tokyo Tower and her recovery percentage is 78.3%,it's going to take 10 Brain Burst years before she fully recovers(about over 3 days RL time),in the past she once encountered Sun God Inti and attempted to interact with it only to get no reaction at all from it,while Inti normally roams the UNF in most stages,it disappears when the UNF transitions into either the Sea or Storm stage which causes Metatron to speculate that it has a dungeon it hides in when it's either Sea or Storm stage.Haru informs her about Megumi and asks her to contact Amaterasu who after arriving in the Highest Level tells them that while Milady isn't available at the moment,she'll pass on their message to them,after leaving the Highest Level,Haru and KYH continues their duel where the latter won and gets the last sandwich.

Haru then thinks about the Seven Dwarves of OU where he thinks that they(minus Ivory Tower) aren't actually bad people despite being on Cosmos's side and he knows they have their own reasons for siding with her and he's open to listen to their side of the story when they want to talk about it,in addition he acknowledges that making Rose Milady quit OU won't that simple as he doesn't know her circumstances.

Haru and KYH decides to hold a Legion meeting where they plan to inform them about what happened in the conference and to plan a rescue operation to rescue the Kings who are stuck in EK with Sun God Inti,in addition Haru wrote a message to his mom that he's staying over in a friend's home to do summer homework to get approval for a sleepover.

The Legion meeting was held in Fuuko's VR Space which is a huge whale that swims in a sky. Crow,Lotus,Bell,Rain,Pile,Raker,Current,Maiden,Leo pard,Puppeteer,Mitten,Flipper,Scissors,Moose,Porcu pine,and Blaze Heart attended the meeting was held in a VR space as a precaution in the case where Wolfram Disaster ambushes them(being EK'd doesn't prevent you from doing normal duels and territory wars) and uses CIII's Paradigm Breakdown to bring them to the UNF.

The ones who didn't participate in the conference were informed of what happened in the previous volume and they began to discuss on whether they should attempt to do the rescue operation on the Sea or Storm stage,in the middle of the discussion Azure Heir who was late joins the meeting and informs them of Graphite Edge's observation report on the enslaved Inti:while it's still stationary due to being controlled it turns out that when the UNF transitioned into the Storm stage,Inti was still burning despite being outside its hideout which suggest that it produces fire by nuclear fusion which means water gets vaporized and then decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen where they get turned into fuel as part of the CNO cycle and becomes energy for the sun,so water actually helps maintain its flames instead of extinguishing it.

The next topic is how The Luminary's thorn crown doesn't melt from the heat,Rain brings up the urban legend of a blacksmith shop who roams the UNF and can upgrade Enhanced Armaments for a large amount of BP and they realized that OU found it and upgraded The Luminary to have heat resistance.Rain then suggests they upgrade the melee Enhanced Armaments in the Legion to get upgraded with heat resistance after finding the blacksmith shop and discuss with the other 4 Legions what Abillities that are good when it comes to fighting Inti.

They decided that The Infinity will be upgraded with heat resistance and they considered asking Metatron's help but decided not to as she hasn't fully recovered yet,at this point Rin joins the meeting and informs them that Great Wall,Leonidz and Aurora Oval will cooperate with them to save their kings so the current plan of action is to find the blacksmith shop,give the melee weapons for the raid battle heat resistance up to 5000 degrees and negotiate with other 4 Legions.

After the meeting,Haruyuki takes a bath and thinks about his divorced parents and his father who left them,KYH then enters the bathroom and enters the bathtub with Haru,she asks him to help wash her back(she never took a bath with her parents and she only bathed together with Cosmos when she was 8 years old once before she washes herself on her own after that one time) for the first time in her life,Haru takes off her Neurolinker where he sees a barcode and the serial number on her nape where she tells him those were printed when she was born and that she will disappear as she grows up.

She then reveals to him that the quantum connection technology used in the Neurolinker is named STLT(Soul Translator Technology) and then proceeds to infodump the SAO explanation about the light tubes in the brain,her parents told her once that the essence of humans is the tube which she mistook it for the digestive tract at that time until she obtained SSS Order from Graphite Edge and learned the truth.

The 1st Gen Neurolinker was released in April 2031 which was sold by RECT with KAMURA implementing STLT on the Neurolinker,but while the soul communication aspect of STLT is implemented on the Neurolinker which allows it to communicate with the soul,the soul decoding aspect is still being utilized to duplicate souls by KAMURA.

The kanji for KAMURA which is 神邑 is KYH's mother old surname before she took her husband's surname,her mother was one of KAMURA's entrepeneurs while her father is a KAMURA researcher,KYH then proceeds to explain the cultivation process of the Machine Children which uses in vitro fertilization to create an embryo which is then placed in artificial uteruses,KAMURA installed nerve link devices during the implantation of embryos into the artificial uteruses to experiment soul duplication by overwriting the original Fluctlight with another,the Machine Children's barcodes are a relic of this process.

While the genetics of the Machine Children are still of their biological parents,the Fluctlight overwriting caused a side effect which made it difficult for the Machine Children to acknowledge their parents as their "real" parents thanks to the Fluctlight overwriting,from the POV of KYH's parents she's an experimental product of the overwrite process and KYH doesn't really know how much of her Fluctlight is really hers and how much of it is copied from the template but she thinks that her template is probably a baby because of the limitations of the fetal brain capacity.

KYH's parents who are living in Minato doesn't know that she learned about her origins because she learned this by using SSS Order's admin rights hijacking abillities to access KAMURA's head office where she found out that someone erased most of the information concerning the experiment from 15 years ago and the leftover data can only be used to make an outline that as she grows up she will disappear one day.

KYH thinks that the 20320930 which is her birthdate in reverse next to her barcode is a clue,according to KYH she stayed in her artificial uterus for 13 months before she was born,and she thinks the date has a special meaning and that she will meet her template one day and learn the truth.

Haru wakes up after receiving a reply E-Mail from Rose Milady (who received Amaterasu's message) telling him to meet her in Shibuya's Sasazuka district,after Haruyuki and KYH eats breakfast and went to Sasazuka using the automated electric taxi(by 2042,cab driver jobs are extinct in Japan thanks to taxis getting autopilot and Social Security Cameras helping the taxi's autopilot with directions to their destination) to go to Sasazuka which is where the territory war between OU and NN took place,after getting there Haru got another e-mail from Milady to go the library and meet her in Box no.4,they did that and meets Milady who has the height of a grade schooler despite being in her 3rd year of middle school in Eterna(same private all-girls school Cosmos goes to,so Milady is her junior by 1 school year),Haru,KYH and Milady then exchanged their identity cards in which both of them find out her RL name is Tsubomi Koshika,both parties exchange information concerning Megumi in which Tsubomi tells them that every time a Burst Linker dives into BB they use an exclusive quantum circuit in the Main Visualizer to process their memories while in Brain Burst and after they dive out back to RL the memories are synchronized back to the brain so their Fluctlights doesn't get overloaded with processing memories from Brain Burst and that Oracle is in danger because she's currently not connected to her own circuit and if it goes on for too long her synchronization with her brain will be lost and she can't go back to the real world.

The three of them goes to Megumi's house on taxi where along the way KYH has a conversation with Tsubomi in which it turns out that the mystery book Megumi remembers even after she lost Brain Burst in Okinawa was an actual belonging she had as Orchid Oracle back then but Tsubomi doesn't know where she even got it or when she obtained it,KYH thinks that the book is something related to her sister and the ARS,after arriving to Megumi's house they learn from her mother that she has been hospitalized ever since yesterday.

The 3 of them went to the hospital Megumi is in now which is the same hospital Avoider is hospitalized in and goes to her room in the 10th floor's east wing,according to her mother she was comatose ever since Saturday afternoon(so she was forced into a coma a short while after the Territory War ended and (speculation from here) someone from OU acquainted with Megumi who Megumi's mother knows brought her home when she's still in a coma under the excuse she took a nap) and she only realized something was wrong when she never woke up on Sunday morning and brought her to the hospital,it's been 42 hours in RL time ever since the Territory Battle which is equivalent to 4 years in BB time.

They speculate that Megumi's consciousness is now connected to Wolfram's CIII circuit and that her Duel Avatar should be in the UNF right now so bringing her avatar to a Leave Point will log her out,sever her connection with Wolfram and reconnect her with her own circuit which could possibly wake her up.As KYH is currently in EK,only Crow and Milady goes to the UNF to save Megumi.

After arriving in the UNF,Milady says there are 2 ways to find Oracle,one is to use the Highest Level to find her which has the problem of having to leave the Highest Level every time she finds a place Oracle is possibly in and the other is to use her Flower Divination special gauge abillity which will tell her where she needs to go for her needs like vehicles,weapons and items from the direction of the petals and as she dived together with Crow while also connecting to the comatose Megumi by cable she believes the cable connection will help the petals guide her.

Rose Milady uses Flower Divination and she and Crow follows the petals which led them to Midtown Tower and found there are Enemies wearing thorn crowns on the roof of the Midtown Tower,Milady then reveals that The Luminary is a 2-piece Enhanced Armament consisting of the crown and the scepter,it's abillity is Divine Light which creates a crown of thorns using the crown piece while the scepter piece is used to control enemies,the scepter can be loaned to others for a while but the true ownership belongs to holder of the crown,White Cosmos.

The Luminary is an important component of Cosmos's plan and as for Sun God Inti,Cosmos and Vise will not remove it until the final stage of the plan.Milady and Amaterasu discussed about the upcoming raid battle with Inti and they ruled out water attack as an option but the former remarks gaining Rudra's assistance may be necessary.

As the roof is guarded by the Beast-class Einhejars from the underground Valhalla dungeon they decided to break in from the 40th floor,KYH mentioned once that Midtown Tower has 54 floors and the ISS Kit was in the 45th floor where Leave points also exists,so both of them decided to go up,on the way up they encountered a Varjag enemy who they couldn't avoid so Rose Milady restrained it with her Ornate Skewering and Crow destroyed using Metatron Wings after they freed it,they went up the stairs again.on the way up to the 45th floor it's revealed Secret Garden is an advanced version of Ornate Skewering using Incarnation but as the use of Incarnation will attract Enemies to them she avoids trying to use it.

After arriving on the lobby of the 45th floor,they found Oracle's Duel Avatar and a drone wearing a thorn crown chained up in pillars with a commander variant of Einhejar guarding them and the Leave point.As the chains are not easy to break,they need to defeat the commander variant Einhejar to free Oracle.

Crow and Milady were struggling as the commander variant has 4 HP bars and they were just doing scratch damage to its HP,Milady pointed out that Einhejars has a soul component inside their armor and that if its pulled out and destroyed the Einhejar will die so she wants Crow to make an opening in its armor so she can pull its soul out.Although Crow thinks there's no way to do it,Milady decides to make a gamble by using Secret Garden and she tells Crow that if the color of the generated Rose isn't red,blue or yellow they have to leave through the Leave point,the color the newly generated rose is yellow so Crow has to make an opening in its armor.

When Crow slashed Glacier Behemoth's horns and Rose Milady's thorns back in the Territory War,he used the technique of concentrating the tip of the sword on a single point but the commander Einhejar's breastplate armor is curved circular breastplate so he thinks there's nothing to pinpoint until the voice who gave him advice when he was fighting Behemoth criticized him for not paying attention to where he should cut.

The voice says that the pinpoint attack sword style is named Omega Stream and he introduces himself as Centaurea Sentry,the 3rd generation Chrome Disaster who died by Blue Knight's hand,he tells him that no matter how smooth a curve is there will be a little intersection with the tangent and that is the point where he should cut and that the number of pinpoints is unlimited,as long he is confident on that pinpoint he should cut it.

The yellow rose that Milady created releases an electric shock that stuns the Einhejar and Crow cut the upper part of the breastplate to create an opening for Milady to rip out and destroy the soul of the Einhejar which kills it,Milady frees Oracle's avatar while Crow frees the drone and rips out the thorn crown it was wearing,they found out it is the Mr.Smith drone who roams the UNF,Ivory Tower imprisoned it in Midtown Tower after upgrading The Luminary with heat resistance.

Originally Azure Heir's Infinity was the weapon supposed to get upgraded with heat resistance but since he's not here and it's too late for him to get here not to mention Milady noticed that 3 Enemies were coming up here because they were attracted to her Incarnation,Crow then decides to upgrade Lucid Blade with heat resistance only to find out his BP isn't enough to pay the upgrade bill but Milady paid it in his place as she knows it is necessary to fight Inti,both of them escaped through the Leave point while Mr.Smith flew away from Midtown Tower.

The volume ends with Megumi waking up from her coma to see Tsubomi,KYH and Haru at her side.
