OMG I can't wait. I just got into this show now and watched up to episode 8: I am really enjoying it so far. :D

heh.. the OP has azusa in it now

OMG! New OP! not NEW actually. But, edited with Azusa i guess

I loved this episode because of Azusa Azunyan.
The parts I liked were:

It's somewhat hilarious, really; Azusa may have been added in, but there are parts where she is still conspicuously absent. Plus, Cagayake! GIRLS is also different too; if you listen closely, you can identify a second guitar where there wasn't one before. Quite a nice touch there; I wonder if they're going to release a second Cagayake! single?

Nothing in the cards that says they will yet, though it's not something to completely rule out.

i thought they gonna release new song which mean new OP :P

Didn't I say there was space for Azusa?
But it seems they only added her to the band playing scenes, her portrait and one shot at the start. The signboard at the start and the "jump" scene were swapped out for her.
I had expected her to be added to some of the "life" scenes as well based on the spacing in those scenes, but it seems they passed on that.

I'd say the other scenes she not is are either from before she joined, or during a senior trip (where she wouldn't go).

The episode itself was very funny.

adding her to the op : a good idea
how they actually did it however : no so much

during the band playin scenes she kind looks like she was shoe horned into it
kind feels out of place
but who knows, maybe its just becosue its NEW and it would grow on me

makes me wonder how far they'll get in the manga

The op reminds the remastered version of The Return of the Jedi when Anakin and Yoda appeared with Obi Wan after Darth's Vader funeral at Endor :D

Is what I first thought, but the whole OP felt like they forced her into the OP... They only fit her where they could and she is mysteriously invisible in some scenes...
And she doesn't appear in the ED... Wonder if she turned into a Torch...

The episode itself...
Overall, it was a good introduction episode to Azu-nyan (Serious is good. Nice to see someone who actually takes the club seriously...), but the last part that suddenly turned 180 degrees and became serious was what...? Also, a nice half of the episode was irritating watching those idiots again and AGAIN slack off despite being told again and AGAIN to get serious... Wanted to give them a good kick... *twitch*

New OP looks good. No complaints from me.

I think that was three chapters from the manga rolled into a single episode. They might get farther along than I thought they could.

my guess is that they will end at ch 25
