Fantastic episode. Colour was good. Animation was great. And we really got to see some inventive scenes.

Oh wait, it's not Saturday yet?... Drat.

Just a few more minutes to go.

Waiting for that Berserker vs Gilgamesh to be animated, and man it was worth the wait! Gilgamesh was AWESOME.

Cool stuff. This episode met my moderately high expectations. :)

They burned half their budget right there. CG everywhere.

I don't like the ED though. The first ED was better by far.

damn what a fight, they covered quite a few confrontations in just one episode. The whole back and forth between gilgamesh and toshaka was entertaining.

Hopefully it doesn't cut things backk too much in later episodes.

That was a serious amount of eyecandy. Works for me.

Aerial dogfight in an anime about ancient heroes? Who knew. :D

As much as I want to see Kariya smack down Tokiomi, I'm not sure that's going to happen. Especially since it would probably be more interesting if Kirei did it.

I almost blew up from the anticipation today.

And the episode didn't disappoint at all!
What's really fun is that this is just the first episode of the second half, and we already have our first casualty. This is going to be quite the ride.
If only waiting each week for the next episode would be less excruciatingly painful.

This was a really entertaining episode ending as usual on a cliffhanger that makes me wish we'd already be next saturday! :)

Really good (and fabulous GilUfo) CG from what one can judge in nico quality but everything else... Zzzz.

I feel like an observer from the sidelines and I feel absolutely nothing watching it. Zero involvement. Whenever something starts going on it cuts to more talking while jumping between 4 parties. No flow. Horrible pacing. Zero buildup. Zero drama. Nothing but really good CG!

Maybe I'll drop it after Caster.

LOL I can see why they took a few months break, Gil VS Berseker's fight must have eaten up 1/2 the animation budget.
