Printer Suggestion
 

My Parents wants a printer to print photos

anyone got any suggestion for a good photo printer that has good ink/page ratio?

This is actually a really difficult question to answer, because you get new models popping up almost every week, besides having retail specific models, like TVs. I personally would recommend most canon printers, like PIXMA MX885.
Is it just for photos or do you need wifi, ethernet, scanning, fax or other features as well ?

Go for a canon, cannot go wrong with it. make sure to go for one with separate cartridge for the primary colours, that will save you ink in long term.
Depending on your budget get one of the pixma's iP4850, MG5150 or MG5250. The cheaper printers have combo cartridge for the colours, which are annoying when you run out of one colour out of three.
