Nice job on the MG Unicorn. I like when people do custom jobs on their work of art. Does the person you got if from have others that he did or finished. Would like to see more. :)

thanks for tip vektar, i would probably visit my hobby shop and take a look at the NATO black and the dark blue colours and see which one is better suited for the chest colour of the strike freedom, if i could afford a airbrush set i would buy it but i'm soooooooo broke, wasted all money buying MGs...

You should have gotten a confirmation of it's order. I'd suggest contact her again to make sure it has been dispatched

it is what ultimately kept me from buying the MG ignition mode Exia , since i prefer the Exia R2 above the normal exia design wise. If they would make an R2 1:100 scale i would buy it without a second thought.

Nerroth 2009-06-10 18:26

I'd love to see a HG of the GNZ-001...

fertygo 2009-06-10 20:54

oh come on... even R2 MG is ever released its need at least 1 year from now to take release. Based on Exia is kits from S1 of 00 (yeah, i know this kits can converse to ExiaRE) and R2 as we know is only appear on last episode 00, because of that i cannot see the R2 MG's will released in this near future. Its needed at least some suit in 00 S2 released on MG before that gonna happen. And the structure of R2 itself is very differently than Exia, so i think the kits itself need different treat of development for each one of kits.

LoweGear 2009-06-10 21:15

While the outer structure of the R2 is different from the Exia, the MG does use an internal skeleton with removable armor parts. A MG R2 can be accomplished through a simple armor swap and a few extra parts.

Since no one replied to you, I'll try to help. This is the colour guide ripped from the 1/100 Justice Gundam.

Body Pink - White (40%) + Pink (30%) + Yellow (20%) + Red (10%)
Body White - White (100%)
Body Brown - Mahogany (100%)
Backpack Purple - Red (40%) + Pink (30%) + (Purple 30%)
Joint Gray - Neutral Gray (100%)
Camera Eye Green - Yellow Green (100%)
Yellow - White (50%) + Yellow (40%) + Red Brown (10%) + Black (tiny bit)
Sensor Blue - Sky Blue (100%)

I have mixed colours for the same model but in 1/144 scale before. I believe that this guide is good enough as it uses primary colours. For yellow, if you want to scrimp on effort, you could try White (50%) + Yellow (45%) + Red (5%) to obtain a similar result. As for the sensor and eye colours, you can use other methods such as clear colours over Silver or whatever you fancy.

they dont always send confirmation emails, but u have to know that literally hundereds of people around the world email them everyday for spare parts and only one person looks after this inbox.

so they wouldn't just looking after your request as there are many people asking for this service. they are also doing this for you FOR FREE, which includes shipping so pls be patient as it can sometimes take 1 month or maybe more for them to ship ur parts...

even though BANDAI milks the crap out of us with gundam kits, be grateful that they are offering this free service and be patient as u'll eventually get ur parts, i wont suggest bombarding them with 'confirmation emails' as they may get angry and delay ur parts even more... so be patient and u'll be rewarded ;)
