Jungle wa Istumo Hale Nochi Guu DELUXE:

When Hale gets drunk and tells everyone off.... that made me fall off my chair laughing (a literal ROLF).

Followed closely by Azumanga Daioh:

All of Takamura's stunts in Hajime no Ippo, he is without a doubt the best comic relief ever in an otherwise somewhat serious series.

I like the particular scene where Naruto did a shadow replication, ready to kick some ass, and soon had diarrhea. That scene where several Narutos fighting to get into the bathroom... heh.

i showed that episode to my girlfriend...she was gaga over Tsubaki and screamed in horror at that scene O_O

Funny scene...funny scene...well, it wasn't animated but in Midori no Hibi, i thought it was hilarious when midori was washing seiji's back and unintentionally did a submission hold on his arm (and the part about washing his back with her body...)

Daphne in the Brilliant Blue, I like the all around humor with Rena and Paku.

I also find it funny - Paku Yuu, slightly related to a curse word.
