According to AnimeDaisuki, the release date for Jungle wa Itsumo Hale nochi Guu Final was on 12/21.
Will anyone be subbing this show? I really hope so. I can't wait to see it! :)

We can only pray that AnimeCo, who subbed all the TV series and OVAs, will pick it up too.

What a pleasent surprise, this is the first time hearing about another Guu series. I hope it gets subbed soon. I really enjoyed the first season and deluxe very much.

Actually I just had a look on AC forum and it seems they're going to fansub it :)

There were only 6 eps of Guu deluxe correct? Animenfo says 12..

Both answers are correct. There are 12 half-sized episodes that are collected into 6 episodes of 2 episodes each. This is similar to the way that people can argue about Azumanga Daioh is either 26 episodes or 130 episodes. Both are correct.

Grrr. I missed the 6th episode (+ Bonus?) so I guess I'll have to dl the whole thing.

Lanthis, the best way would be use bittorent to get all the EP then stop.
You'll have all their names.
Now rename the ones you have to the same name and take them to the bittorent folder.
Go on bittorent again and now there should be only the one you're missing which would be dling :)

I have the theme song CD, Love Tropicana Final, but it isn't a good a song as Love Tropicana Deluxe was. It's not the same melody. doh.

Yeah I would definitely want to see this new series. Have yet to find another char that I "admire" as much as Guu :D.

There can never be too much Guu - bring it on I say! :)

Though, you'd think Hale would eventually become desensitized to Guu's antics enough to lay back and ignore any oddness by now.

Um, if he did that, Guu would probably get bored and eat him. Plus he's just not the type to bne laid back...

Meh, I guess not alot of people go to the original Japanese websites... (Not that I can understand all that much of it, but I try to get what I can ^.^ )

The first episode lacks the humor of the original series, though the preview for the next episode seems good. Lets wait and see eh? Any idea whether it has the same writers?
