Gives us an awesome look at the beam rifle.
Odd enough, it has no visible barrel. |

Look again, it opens up to fire, but there is no hole for the particles to come out of. The insides of the barrels generate the shot it seems.

Just that like the Alvaaron and the Seravee though, the shot is made not at the actual barrel hole itself. |
Guess I over looked that. :heh:

I really hope the Braves are light on stickers, though. I'm not much of a painter. I don't mind getting the RD, but I'm very bad at waiting. :)

So the major gripe I hear most people have with the GN Sword IV being equipped on the other Gundams (Zabanya, Harute and Raphael) is that the blue GN Sword IV is color mismatched to the other Gundams. Well, here's one of my attempts at color matching the GN Sword IV, in this case the Harute:

Anyway, it looks good. I guess it does have to do with colour. Though with Raphael, the question is, what colour is it gonna be? Black? |
I think it looks better in orange than in blue actually, the GN Sword IV that is.

So I finally assembled my HG Raphael Gundam today, and tried posing it out as usual for any newly assembled model. And guess what I found out to my pleasant surprise:
(clickable thumbnails) http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...h_IMG_0299.jpg http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...h_IMG_0298.jpg The HG Raphael with the backpack on can stand on its own two feet unsupported without using its GN Bazookas. And even when I moved the GN Bazookas to near perpendicular to upset its center of gravity the Raphael can still stand firmly. Given all the comments about Raphael's unbalanced design from month's back, I find this a nice surprise, and even more so given that none of the reviews I've seen online ever display this aspect of the Raphael - they always either display the Raphael on a stand, or when on the ground they use the GN Bazookas to prop it up from behind. |
Tieria sure knows how to build them. =X
