I was expecting the whole episode to be about Yui. :heh: But more Yami is fine too. I really didn't think much about the series but stupid Rito! At least the anime tries to have fun so it's an ecchi harem series that doesn't annoy me. If I were to describe the entire series, it'd probably be "adequate" as in it does what it's supposed to do.

I just don't understand why they can't animate the remaining CH's, I'm pretty sure there's enough material for S2 + (further) OVA's...

They could, but with no more new books coming out, and no more magazine subscriptions that would be propped up due to the interest, they'd have to basically figure they'd make all their money back on DVD sales. At this point, they might think that they'd be better off spending their money on a different franchise that was still running.

So it's not that they can't, it's that they just probably won't. Of course, time will tell.

There's a few chapters i'd love to see animated, but yeah the chances of it happening now are very slim, and i'm fine with that. We got to see some faithful episodes thanks to the OVA's, so i'm very thankful for that.

After watching Darkness so many times already -- I decided to give Season 1 a revisit. And man, the animation was crude in comparison... :heh:

EDIT: Nevertheless, I blame Episode 20 for ever getting me started. Particularly this. XD
