Still no sign of music,I'm banking on just a regular school life anime.Would that be a first for Sunrise?I'm more used to seeing action/mecha/sci fi shows from them.

This is truly the Sunrise's Hanasaku Iroha.

Heck they even share big similarity.

One big difference is that so far there's no male cast member in sight,but then again no males were featured in the early promo of Hanasaku Iroha either.

Random mecha out of nowhere kind of reminds me of the end of episode 01 of Kannazuki no Miko (hell the last 30 seconds of that episode was anime in its distilled form).

Nice sailor fuku are a certain plus. White overknee socks on top of it are even better :D

Now that's one thing where it's already a bit better than K-On - the latter sadly didn't have any overknee socks, much less white ones. For shame!

Kanji are much too small and too blurry to make anything out.

I'm pretty sure that's just a drawing by Hidari and isn't representative of the anime's actual character art.

Looks like there is going to be a special event for Natsuiro Kiseki on 29 January. Maybe after that there is going to be some actual info about what the series is going to be about.

Yeah, the character design itself isn't bad by any means, I'm quite fond of it myself, but... I can only see this as yet another occurrence of Hidari designs losing their actual 'Hidari touch'. A bit of a shame, really.

I agree. The char designs are definitely not bad, but it's still quite unfortunate to see that charmingly nostalgic and "dream pastels"-like touch that Hidari's artwork had get lost. :/
