If Bandai don't even give a hoot about packing in pre painted miniatures figures for their MG kits, what makes you think they will do an exception for a HG kit ?

It was a Joke. You do realize how awesomely difficult it would be to use their trademark Multi Colored parts tree on something no bigger than an ant?

On the other hand, wasn't there that event only one a couple months back? Wonder how that went...

Really flexible joints there, allowing dynamic poses.

Rising Dragon 2008-09-04 21:32

Judging by the mobility displayed by the two GN-Drives, 00 Gundam's gonna be scarily agile when the second season rolls around. >_>

StratoSpear 2008-09-04 22:39

I'm definitely getting a HG 00 Gundam...

Btw, no Lancelot-pose pics...? Aww

Solitude 2008-09-05 00:49

I'll pass on HG 00 and probably wait for the 1/100 one instead.

does everyone remember when graham coughed out blood in s1 due to the g forces caused by the flag's high mobility? i always wondered how transam didnt do the same thing to the meisters. g force protection from the gn particles?

Likely, but what was causing Graham's injuries was a result of speed, not agility. I was talking about the 00 Gundam being extremely agile and capable of dodging all sorts of attacks because its GN-Drives and be pointed in nearly any direction.

Or you can just wait for whatever kit that features the OO in it's complete armament.

Weren't they rather caused by all the sudden acceleration and deceleration he performed to strike Eins, resulting in him suffering a lot of g?

duotiga 2008-09-05 07:56

moreof MG IJ over here

AlphaOmega 2008-09-05 10:26

Just came to this forum and was surprised to see so many gundam fan. Previously, always hang around at plamo because there is always good deals sometime as high as 50%. I like here because it's very updated with information of new kits released.

Yes. Still involves the speed he was traveling at.

DarkWarrior 2008-09-05 14:05

^Why do you keep bringing up speed? Human bodies can't feel speed. It's acceleration which puts strain on our bodies, and the reason why Graham started coughing up blood.

Oh, so those black things were thrusters.. still looks odd. The rest looks pretty good though.. fixed a lot of the issues the 1/100 had.

Let's see what the first definition of "Acceleration" is.

1. the act of accelerating; increase of speed or velocity.

Hmm. Acceleration involves speed! Fancy that.

At any rate, my point about the 00 Gundam wasn't about how fast it could go, but about how agile it is. I was talking about its mobility. I don't know why you brought Graham into this.

Cox 2008-09-05 15:06

"Speed is the rate of motion, or equivalently the rate of change in position, often expressed as distance d traveled per unit of time t."

Going X speed, as a rate, wont make you cough blood. X Acceleration, the force of velocity, causes G's on the body. Fancy that...

That still doesn't change the fact that acceleration and speed are two different things. Your statement here

makes no sense, since Graham was feeling the effects of rapid acceleration/deceleration (in other words, agility), not speed. It doesn't matter if he's going 10 mph or 1000 mph, if he's still accelerating like a madman it's going to hurt.

And I wasn't the one who brought up Graham. :eyebrow: In any case, this is offtopic, so I'll stop now.
