Naruto Shippūden the Movie 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire, is the sixth Naruto film and third Naruto: Shippūden film based on the popular anime and manga series. It will be released on August 1, 2009.

The trailer shows Team 7, Team 10, Team 8, and Team Gai coming together to battle a large monster. The tagline says the will of the Hokage will now be carried on by the youth of Konoha.

Uh, no, he is. After the Shippuuden special last week, there was a feature on the movie where a fangirl went to interview the director or something. He said that Kakashi has the largest part in this film. An exclusive trailer showed him in the dark, Sharingan glowing, Naruto calling his name... It looked pretty awesome.

I'm glad that Kakashi's at last, getting a big part in a movie. I was getting increasingly pissed at his neglection.

I haven't even seen the movie Bonds and there a 3rd movie coming out. looking foward to both of them ^^

I haven't seen the first one yet, only the first two from the first series, and rest of the 3rd movie

But we can be sure that Naruto will use another strange rasengan to defeat his enemy and another movie filler girl will join him.

True. I'm expecting a fillergirl and a Kakashi/Naruto rasengan in the face of the bad guy at the end.

^ Quoted for truth. This is an absolute prerequisite for a Naruto movie. Hopefully the producers and writers will realise what a fail shippuden movie 2 was, and flip the cript in various areas.

However, based on circumstantial behaviour, that is highly unlikely to happen.

Somehow the trailer for this movie kinda reminded me of Bleach trailer for 3rd movie :twitch:
