Ye read the title. Just wondering if anyone actually peed, because they were laughing so hard. Any animes like that?

Currently watching Yakitate Japan, I just found out about this anime out of boredom and ye it's funny. And I've seen Great Teacher Onizuka and it's great!

OMG Yakitate is awesome. One of the most underrated series ever.

Ebichu if you can stand a little bit of Ecchi is HILARIOUS!

also the funniest anime that's really popular right now is probably Lucky Star

So far no one's mentioned the two shows I've found most hilarious:

Shows in other genres with a good dose of humor:
Baccano!
Kure-nai

If you've ever owned a cat you'll probably find Chi's Sweet Home hilarious as well.

I second Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu.
Also, others great frenzy comedies in my mind are Seto no Hanayome and Kamen no Maid Guy.

I lol at ouran high school host club the most, the show is freakly hularious from start to finish. :D

All the stuff mentioned in this thread is funny. If I had to pick one I would go with Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. I was literally in tears watching it from laughing so hard. If you do decide to check it out you should probably watch Full Metal Panic! first, while not as funny it gives you all the setup you need for Fumoffu.

Try giving Lucky Star a go! =P

Golden Boy will not disappoint. No other anime has made me laugh harder than Golden Boy.

While they have some humor, I wouldn't recommend them for it.
Fumoffu is a great choice, but you don't have to watch Full Metal Panic first (it's a completely different show; a lot of people that liked former hated the latter).

I too have to say Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu. Probably the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Though it's more of an action comedy than a straight comedy, Soul Eater can be very funny and quirky.

Hayate no Gotoku / Hayate the combat butler made me really laugh hard.

History`s Strongest Disciple Kenichi was the one that made me laugh.
