^"beefed-up Hi-Nu" is probably all the finished G-sys kits we are so used to. I guess looking at it that way it isn't too bad, considering most G-sys variations have rather radical proportions anyway (i.e. bigger shouldered Ex-S, better Ex-S!)

This is a serious dissapointment...they charge an extra 20 bucks for this???I seriously want to sue bandai for giving such a messed up SF...They gave the action base instead of a custom stand, that i can tolerate. BUT THIS?!?!Only certain visible parts are gold plated????ARGH!!
thats it....money gone down the drain....now then....to try and save this wacky job from bandai. Any1 recomend a good type of gold paint? |
Well, this Hi-Nu is what the designer wanted to tell people on 'how Hi-Nu was supposed to look like from the start'.

What? You think I am like 75% of the people here who can't tell the difference between the Nu and Hi-Nu?
Let's take your original post in context and break it down. "Its a good thing they finally decided to re-design and (re)release the Hi-Nu. The original looked pretty damn crappy in my opinion. " In your first sentence you are talking about the redesigned Hi Nu. And in the second you are calling the original crappy. Since you do not specify which original you are refering to, the second sentence automatically implies that you are calling the original Hi Nu design crappy. So now, you can go GEMU GIRU GAN GO GTFO. |
either way, I can't agree that CCA Nu and original Hi-Nu lineart is remotely close to 'crappy' XD Pure 'Buchi goodness on both of these.

original Hi-Nu looked better :(

Can any one tell me the difference between http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN938257 Rogue striker + Skygrasper and the http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN934101 Aile striker + Skygrasper? Cause there is a 100 dallor difference in price between the two. Is the rogue model that much better than the aile? Or is there something I'm missing? Like is the aile 1/100?
|
The PG Skygrasper only includes the Skygrasper and the Aile Striker pack. The actual Strike Gundam is a separate item. On the other hand, the PG Rouge + Skygrasper includes the Skygrasper, Aile Striker pack, and the actual Strike Gundam itself (in pink colors).
In other words, if you bought the PG Skygrasper, you would need to also buy the PG Strike Gundam. PG Strike Rouge just combines the PG Skygrasper and PG Strike into one nice package, in pinkish colors. Hope that helps. |
Edit: Beaten by DarkWarrior. :)

Oh ok. Thanks for explaining that it was buging me on the price difference and not knowing why. I started my GP02A last night looks so good so far. Keep in mind I have never done a MG or PG so to me its amazing I'm sure I am going to just die when I do PG. I am going and geting the MG IWSP rogue strike tonight along with some gundam markers and paints to start with.

Thats what I mean thats an amazing custom! Yea the kampfer has turned out alot of kewl looking customs, personally I'm not a big fan of the zaku faction types but I know a good looking model when I see one. Probly the only ones I like are the kampfer and the Sazabi.
|
The Kampfer looks too messy with its camo/weathering (I cant even tell at first glance!).
The Strike looks great however. Not the IWSP. The pack makes the whole thing suck. If an Aile is put in place itll look awesome :P |
