Smash Hit!

The other day I downloaded [l33t-raws]Smash_hit!_01_(640x480_DivX5.02).[490500E6].avi and it looks like some hot pantsu action!

If anyone knows who is going to fansub it or any other information about the series, please post it.

Thanx

You should probably watch Cosmopolitan Prayers before watching Smash Hit! It's essentially the making of it.

MrMonkey 2004-03-15 18:16

fear the hot pantsu action :D

Echizen_Ryoma 2004-03-17 16:09

Well, it looks like #AnimeJunkies put out episode one. I think I'll wait though... ;)

Mr_Paper 2004-03-17 16:17

Yeah. I know of 'other' groups that are going to do it once their
encoder rises from the dead. :eyebrow:

Gauds, I saw the first episode and deleted it before it hit the 7 minute mark. Plenty of enchii, very little story, and...well, it just was lame and stupid. IF the whole focus is on enchii keeping this thing alive, then there's no point watching it. Cause to me that's what it seemed like, as though they were padding a bad story with enchii in hopes that people would keep watching.

boneyjellyfish 2004-03-17 18:32

I thought the show was somewhat funny. It really helps to see Cosprayers first.

TronDD 2004-03-17 18:34

It'll be worth it if it really knocks on Cosprayers a lot. I did watch that whole series so I might as well watch all of this one, too.

Prince of Chronics 2004-03-17 20:04

I just saw the first episode out of curiosity... don't know what to say yet... it was quite confusing and silly.... luckily it's one of those short shows..... but fanservice is always good....

ToFuMan 2004-03-18 00:40

Can anyone give me a synopsis of Smash Hit, thank you?

NoSanninWa 2004-03-18 00:56

A female network executive wants to work on producing a new detective drama, but instead she is forced to wear a swimsuit and produce Cosprayers. It is hard to say which one she hates more.

A brilliant concept if ever I heard one.

Are the shows linked? cosprayers and smash hit?

boneyjellyfish 2004-03-18 13:12

Smash Hit! is like the making of Cosprayers.

dreamless 2004-03-18 13:13

well, watching Cosprayers can help you understand how bad a show it is, thus more enjoyment when you see Smash Hit knocking on Cosprayers. :p

Aqualung 2004-03-19 02:23

Don't forget that although said network lady is 25, she looks like she's in junior high. :heh:

M.O.E. likes to use large amounts of pedophile attention grabbing,
underaged character designs in fanservice scenes then justify it by
saying the characters are overage...

I think I just summed up my primary reason for not watching M.O.E.
series. Honestly, you don't design a character to look thirteen or
fourteen than pass if off by stating that they're actually twenty-five.

sparrow 2004-03-19 03:51

is it ok to ask about the story in eps 2 here.
Spoiler:

but, seems like the tokusatsu series lately is growing different from those in last decade :(

Still better than American TV series about teenagers played by actors/actresses who are at least 35 years old.

NitWit005 2004-03-19 23:19

At least the American series have people that are too old rather than too young...

I don't see why so many companies bother to claim their underage characters are 18. Is there some legal reason for this?
