Good thing they included a conventional GN Beam Rifle with it, I'm not too keen on the GN Lance. Looks like something a command unit should have ,rather than a general soldier.

As promised. An OOB build by this weekend, no paint or panel linings. Just stickers.

The HG 1/144 has better proportions over the 1/100, but still a little too bulky and still too top heavy. People might want to go for the HCM-Pro or even the SD kit if they want something more light and streamlined which is able to stand upright on the feet without falling over.

And to answer the earlier question posed. No, the 1/144 can't do what you asked for, not at least without some minor mod.

Hey guys. I just got an HG 1/144 GN-X III A-Laws Type kit and wanted a painting tip. For my paints, all I have are the basic sets of colors (red, blue, black, etc...), so I was just wondering what colors I could mix to get the pinkish-red color that the main pieces come in.

I don't have the right stuff (nor do I have time) to spray my kits and paint all of them with new colors (like the pros), so I just try to mix colors to match the stickers and main pieces.
