Ah, thanks amber....

man I m tempted to buy the PG 00 now!...and I haven't even started by MG destiny, SF and Exia (all special eds) and my PG Red Astray....lol

Sir Dearka 2009-10-10 05:01

At such rate, I fear the next 00 MG would be Gundam 00. At least once they should release all the Mg for the 4 main Gundams. Of course, I find it extremely improbable. Sandrock, Heavyarms, Deathscythe from Wing and Duel or Aegis from SEED... though these were extremely popular series and the characters piloting these were very popular, too and had their own fanbases, they still did not release MGs.

Ahh, Mater Grade Dynames.... where art thou?

Care to share you view about this will facilitate the movement of the waist ?

And....

A jump of 130% increase of sales in the SD ROTK line in just a year. Scary thought in such economical climate and they didn't even export that line into Europe and America. It's just East Asia and Japan now.

Maybe there is a joint between them? Something not shown in this exposition?

Yea, now that it's basically confirmed that 00 Quanta has a chest condensor like Exia, I'm assuming they're going to release parts to transform PG 00 Raiser into 00 Quanta.
that would be exciting!
anybody here living in east asia? i only have to wait a month to have the PG00 available locally. a month to save money~

It had always been East Asia and Japan. That part is not surprising, at all. East Asia is Japan's biggest export market for pop culture goods. The Western market is but a fraction of that.

Especially when it comes to RoTK. Oh, and what is this I am looking, it will be animated? :heh:

REALLY?! there been 3 different RX version 2.0 out already, how many more do we need?! Even for a old fan of RX, I am already sick of the RX milking, let it die and move on to other Gundams and that is also not Turn A

Or rather in this scenarior, ROTK is a well known masterpiece throughout East Asia that is read by the Chinese, Korean, Japanese and even the Vietnamese.

This particular SD line is just a perfect blend of Old-Meet-New combination where you have an old classic marrying a new pop culture accessible almost by all. Those unfamiliar with Gundam will at least know who the ROTK characters are and will be enticed by the design to pick up a kit or 2 especially with the cheap pricing.

Hey there's always hope. Look at Infinite Justice; it got the MG treatment, and the Justices have always been second to the Freedoms. But (arguing with myself), if you're ever gonna see something other than Setsuna's Gundams becomes MGs, then they're gonna have to suddenly become AS popular as the mains, or do something so stupidly godly in the movie. :D

The latter has a number of problems so waiting for the Masurao might be a good idea. The design's been changed to (hopefully?) fix the problems the Susanowo had. Arche has more stickers and requires alittle bit more painting than the Susanowo as well.

What kind of problems are you referring to, regarding the Susanowo?

1) Lack of open hands for the ever-awesome cross hand pose. Masurao has them.
2) Side binders connected to main body with a very loose poly cap piece. Drops out often.

That said, Susanowo has its good points as well, like the inclusion of the blue wire, the Flag face (albeit unpainted) and most importantly, it requires minimal painting. Just requires 3 stickers.

And I wouldn't say Arche is better. I own both, and they have their own share of flaws.

I personally would prefer if they used the 2.0 frame as a basis for 2.0s of Alex or the GP-01.

Hmm. What's the issue with the Arche, then?

(For comparison's sake, how is the Arche kit compared to the HG Throne Zwei?)

A bit more articulation at the shoulders and waist as compared to the Thrones. The legs can split a bit further but not much change for the legs. >.>

EDIT:
Issues? Well, the arm will sag after a while holding the buster sword and the legs can't do the 00 split which it really need for the feet sabers to be more dynamic to pose. Yep.

Question regarding MG Astray Blue Frame

I recently stumbled across the site,
http://tatsuhobby.com/webstore/index...dju8ihl72rhcg2.

On it, it claims the upcoming MG Astray Blue Frame comes with 4 connector parts that allow the MG Astray to attach the backpacks from the 1/100 HG VS Astray kits. Are the connector parts only exclusive to the Limited First Edition?

GNWeapon 2009-10-11 08:43

Anybody who owns a HG 1/144 00 Gundam ever modded the GN Drive cone's verniers/particle emitters? (The kit comes with the cones molded with empty gaps.)

I just bought this:
http://www.hlj.com/product/WAVOP-351

I saw this in 1 of the pages of HobbyJapan Oct 2009 issue, they used it for the verniers/emitters.

If you ever done so to your 00 Gundam, would you recommend some tips on how you did it? Thanks. :)
