Oh how i love that line, it made laugh so much for a girl to say that so bluntly.

It certainly had more of an impact for me in the manga then the anime.

Episode 9 is a goldmine of quotes as well :)

Kanzaki Kaori:

This might be better placed in the voice actor appreciation thread, but the way Index says "Tou~ma~!" when she's angry/agitated/annoyed that he's not answering her/etc is hilarious in my book.
