haha, you're not the only one doing redos.. I've been taking apart most of my earlier built kits which were done without paint or just gundam markers. I've more gundams in pieces than on display now. haha



btw I'm thinking of doing a custom colour scheme for the 00 Ahead Gundam. Any suggestions? :confused::)

building the wings was a lot of fun. overall it was a pretty boring build but its a great way to start with MGs and it simply looks amazing^^

MG arms usually need a little push to fully snap into the shoulder socket^^ dont worry, as long as everything is aligned properly nothing can break.
id build both arms though, that way you can push from both sides at the same time, makes the whole thing easier.

It's actually a pretty small gap, but just enough to allow the shoulder to pop off of that thicker part of the "rod"

You may want to try SDs. They're cute and cheap. The recent SDs are amazing though, some of them got feature(s) that even the MG don't have. For example SD Wing Zero (ver. KA or EW, whatever you call it) can detach its wings and use it as a big sword ^_^.
