What is the selling value for these Real Grades?

RX-78-2 "Gundam"
MS-06S "Char's Zaku II"
MS-06F "Zaku II"
RX-178 Gundam Mk-II Titan
RX-178 Gundam Mk-II Titan

HG GN-X (one of my favorite grunt suits) and HG Justice Gundam (Remaster version) (cheap price on HLJ) will be the first two Gunpla-s I get. Not really sure are they hard to build or not. (Opt to get HGUC S Gundam instead, however it looks harder to build, compare with them)

HGUC S Gundam is pretty average build, but it's an older kit with a different kind of plastic and with some strange design (like the hip joints) choices. A little wobbly, but it will make the Justice some kind of a grunt suit when displayed next to it.

The RX-79[G] Ground Type is an exceptional HGUC IMO.

Skye629 2012-11-25 02:58

Got my first order from Hobbywave!

Ordered 5 kits:
HG AGE-FX
HG Zeydra
HG Legilis (for bro)
1/144 Mercurius
1/144 Vayeate (for bro)

Other than putting in the order on a bad day (sent in order the day after they shipped everything, then had to wait through weekend till tues for them to ship package) everything went smoothly! Got the package a day after it was shipped out

Already built the Zeydra, awesome kit ^^ and barely any painting too :D!

MoonLightShadows 2012-11-25 04:10

So many GunPla Expo pictures for 2013 line up of kits. MG Age-Fx should be really awesome love to see its display for sheild bits. I like the picture of the MG Nu holding chars pod against the asteroid. :p

and epic win Byarlant Custom an Marasai.

suiton629 2012-11-25 11:15

So...

How is Exia Trans Am and 00 Raiser Trans Am. Worth buying?
Thinking about getting that and maybe get some Wing EW kits like Tallgeese, Epyon... and hoping that Wing EW and Wing Zero EW get a remaster, and for a Tallgeese II and Tallgeese III to get a release in EW MG form..I may also get like Sandrock, Deathscythe, Deathscythe Hell, Heavyarms, Shenlong, and the "Kai" versions whenever they come out.

FalsePrime 2012-11-25 17:08

Wing EW just got released last year, Bandai clearly doesn't think it needs the updated Remaster like that of Strike so waiting on that is pointless.

casval cehack 2012-11-26 00:00

Just got RG Zeta..can't wait to build this. Suprisingly, the realistic decal sheet is unrealistically small.

Does that mean not many decals to apply or the decals are quite small?

casval cehack 2012-11-26 05:33

It's a smaller sheet compared to the last two RG I've built, Freedom and Mk.II. Not that many decals to apply, 118 markings plus 42 metallic seals.

With the unfinished Byarlant Custom, I'm set for this year's gunpla...I think.:heh:

bio9205 2012-11-27 06:34

Working on my HG Legilis now - feels good to be back building gunpla! :D Love its design, all the details are amazing.

suiton629 2012-11-27 10:37

Hey so I'm trying to find the MG 00 Raiser Trans-Am. I know it's a limited kit but I'm having a lot of trouble find it.

I looked on various online stores, eBay, and Amazon... No luck..

>_<

Can anyone here help me find one?

Obelisk ze Tormentor 2012-11-28 02:51

Next RGs?
Dynamic tag cannot be rendered. (PrintableThread)

casval cehack 2012-11-28 05:12

Plausible...but why the test pattern dated "2009-2010"? The Z'Gok would require an entirely new frame compared to the rest, but it's more than likely we'll get a Pink/Char suit after RG Destiny.

Znozzy 2012-11-28 08:18

well, it might be a " test pattern " to see what they could do with the RG innerframes during that timeline? we've seen prototypes that never made it to actual production stages, like the Gafran for example.

Obelisk ze Tormentor 2012-11-28 08:27

Yeah. I think at this point, RG is still too luxurious for a mere GM. I mean, from the marketing perspective, who's gonna buy a RG GM I anyway? :heh: Only a limited number of avid GM fans.

Agreed. None of the suits there seem to have the marketing potential to be made a RG. Maybe if Bandai's pushing the RG line to be more frequent than the current 1-per-every-3-months schedule, then they might see the light of day.

Really curious to see where they go after RG Destiny. 0079, Zeta, SEED, Destiny... Then what? ZZ? It would be a marvel of engineering if they pull it off. :heh:

Has anyone built the RG Zeta yet? Crossing my fingers it's not too fragile/loose.

suiton629 2012-11-28 12:02

Out of that new "unveiling" thing, I think the only the RG Destiny Gundam and RG EZ-8 are the more likely candidates for RG releases, and well 1 of them (the RG Destiny) is already confirmed as we know.

I suspect we may get a RG Ground Gundam and then the EZ-8.. But what I would love to see in RG is the 00 line.. Imagine that...

Exia, Exia R1, Exia R2, 00 Raiser, 00 7 Sword G, 00 Qan[T], 00 Qan[T] Full Saber, 00 Qan[T] ELS ver...

:thinker: ... :hyper-^v^:

Anyway...

Can someone give me a value of these RG kits? I am getting them in the mail soon (still waiting) and I don't think it's something I want to get into unless it's 00 RG kits)...

RX-78-2 "Gundam"
MS-06S "Char's Zaku II"
GAT-X105 "Aile Strike Gundam"
MS-06F "Zaku II"
ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam
FX-550 Skygrasper [Launcher/Sword Pack]
RX-178 Gundam Mk-II Titan
RX-178 Gundam Mk-II A.E.U.G.
ZGMF-X09A Justice Gundam [DEACTIVE MODE]

The first 8, I'm receiving as the prize pack. The last one I received as a gift. But I don't like Seed nor any UC series.

RX93-2 2012-11-29 03:47

How about you raffle them away? I'm sure GG wouldn't mind that; being vocal about selling his contest prices though won't make you more liked.

I mean I did win them. So technically I can sell them away for money on eBay, build them, give them away, etc. And more than likely, a large portion of the funds I earn through eBay sales will go right back to GG Infinite for kits that I actually do want.

Yea.. =)

:hyper-^v^: :naughty: :eyespin:

Appel 2012-11-29 12:13

While the new Nu Ver.Ka does look amazing I kind of don't like that it seems to have clear psychoframe pieces throughout it's body...
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Wh8TqwljXP...61950282a6.jpg

I mean look at it! The armor pieces even pop aside to reveal them! What is this? Nu Unicorn Gundam Destroy Mode? >__>
It kind of makes the Unicorn itself less unique in my opinion. The whole point of the Unicorn was to have a Gundam that has a complete psycho frame and now the Nu, which is much older than the Unicorn, does the exact same thing.
I know it's just a non-canonical redesign but in my opinion this kind of makes it look like they are trying to milk Unicorn even harder than they already are^^

suiton629 2012-11-29 12:17

I actually think it looks pretty cool. It adds a bit of design to an otherwise relatively plain looking Gundam.

Also what's wrong with Bandai milking the Unicorn series? It's currently the new running series (or OVA series to be precise), it's popular, and Unicorn is within UC timeline so it can make sense. =)

Well the Unicorn was supposed to be developed from the Nu so guess it having a partial P-Frame is fine by me.
But I like this look much better than the older vers. It's much more mechanical looking than the more smooth style.
As that older style feels abit dated to me, just like with the RX-78(altho it's newer updates aren't bad)
Sadly very few gundams have that classical look that can uphold through time unlike say some classical cars.

Will be getting Nu regardless, it's simply awesome looking now:D

Agreed. =)
As you know, I'm not really well versed in UC series. I didn't know that Nu was supposed to be developed into Unicorn, but I do see similarities there so it makes sense that the Nu Gundam would have psychoframe showing.

I would say Gundam Mk.II and (especially) Zeta Gundam's design are timeless. You can put them side-by-side with any other modern Gundams and they won't look outdated :).

Hm.. Gundam 00 designs. BOOM. =P

What "BOOM"? Zeta still looks sexy and futuristic next to 00 Qant, Exia, 00 Raiser, etc any time .

Zeta...00 mecha designs.

Nope. 00 is way more futuristic and streamlined.

FalsePrime 2012-11-29 13:27

Streamlined doesn't always make them better.

In fact to many people it can be a huge problem, very much something you hear alot when people who prefer Wing Gundam Zero to Wing Gundam Zero EW.

Not the hugest fan of Zeta, but I do think that Zeta and more so HS can easily stand next to anything from SEED/OO/Age.

I agree. The MK-II is one of my favourite designs and its definitely a a timeless design. While I'm not the biggest fan of the Zeta, it looks more futuristic then a lof the other designs out there.

RX93-2 2012-11-29 14:00

I think the semi-psychoframe on the new MG NU is meant to emulate the end of the movie where Amuro overloaded it to push back Axis.
The model interpretation of it is obviously a nod to the unicorn, and a cool gimmick, but the in-canon explanation doesn't from out of nothing.

Makes sense, but I never saw much of UC at all aside from 08th MS Team and random episodes of various series here and there.

bio9205 2012-11-29 18:53

Well, as a newly minted UC fan, they can milk Unicorn for all I care. :heh:

Nu looks amazing. But isn't it supposed to have a psychoframe cockpit only, and not around the entire MS?

I think about the final scene of CCA,where there is that amount of particles, maybe there was a chest, arms break to release the particles and we don't see it in the show.. and like Bonta Kun said the Unicorn is a develop of the Nu,so a psycoframe that "appear" from nothing (in the Unicorn) is less "magic", I know, but it more justified by the presence of this in the Nu..

otherwise,it's a choise to reveal the frame.. ;)

derrickmc63 2012-11-30 11:29

MG Nu Ver Ka. is definitely a buy for me. From all the features that have been given to us, the price tag looks like its worth it for this model.

MG Exia (Trans-Am)
MG Age-2 Darkhound

>_<

That's gonna be it for GunPla for a while... maybe get another MG 00 Qan[T] to display 1 with the Quantum Burst Mode pose. =P

I know.. I'm a 00 fiend...rofl rofl

All the more reason you should go and watch all the UC series, at least watch the Original series, Zeta, ZZ, and CCA

Really disappointed Bandai cheaped out on the white plastic for the claws and the fuel tanks. Guess I'll have to try my hand at some proper painting. :heh:

MoonLightShadows 2012-11-30 19:54

So far all of the Zulu kits from Unicorn have been built really sturdy. I really like the Zee Zulu's. Hopefully Angelos Rozen is built just as good, with all its display pieces. :p

~Destiny~ 2012-11-30 22:08

Is that really the final product? It's surprisingly.... Bright..
