HELP on BITORRENTS and HTTP

I'm at work. I need to see Naruto 69 before the end of this day.,... or i'll shoot myself. I have a proxy security shit here that doesnt allow me to use any bitorrent client.
all the downloads permitted here are via HTTP.
Can anyone help me out?
