Expectations-

A hero show of pointless natures...

Nanaka and Shuri story develops some more

Leaving...

Hopes-

I'm going to keep saying this, but if they can spend time on Yuzuki and Hinako, they should at least take some time to develop Asami.
After all, her profile's quite interesting.
At least one episode, please...

Or does this have something to do with the fact that Asami and Nanaka have several traits opposite to each other?

Rest Assured, although I may be a Nanaka fan :P, I think Asami will be developed alongside revelations over what happened to Sana in his new town... It seems to fit that she is still an enigma, and Sana's past is also largely unknown.

Of course, Shuusuke doesn't seem to have had much development either.. so we'll see.

Expectations -

- Some more info on Nanaka's uncle
- More Hinako :)
- Syuri's perspective on what happened after arson incident or Syuri's apology
- Beginning of Sana's positive influence on Syuri's life

Preview - NanakaxSanaxAsami continues. Why is grandma Kaji alive?

There was one point in Myself; Yourself which reminded me of School Days. This point has probably been up before and I apologize because I only recently caught up with the series after watching 7 episodes in a row. I look forward to episode 9 after the events of ep 8 which was probably the best episode by far in the series.

I suspected that people already mentioned SD
MINASAN GOMENASAI!

Oh man...I can't wait. I've been having some "Myself; Yourself" withdrawls lately. Thanks to DOTA and WOW I have been able to keep me distracted. Now, I friggin can't wait. I find myself checking the torrents on animesuki.com every 10 mins. Yes, I have no life.

And no more School Days references. *Shudder* I wouldn't be able to take it if Sana turns out to be like Makoto. The way he's presenting himself though, he seems to care alot more about others than Makoto. I mean ALOT *opens his arms as wide as he can*.

Maybe Sana is safe, but Nanaka? We're heading towards dangerous territory...

U<3Anime 2007-11-27 01:21

I definitely do not want another school days.

Vestus 2007-11-27 01:52

Nanaka going insane, well I think Sana's devotion to Nanaka, assertiveness, and gentlenatured personality will more than overpower Nanaka's bias to go insane (if she has any to begin with).

About Asami, I seriously doubt Sana will show any interest in Asami anymore since now the whole "barrier" between Nanaka and Sana is broken and Nanaka finnaly let Sana into her heart (I have the ability to say cheesy and embarassing lines over the internet, which isn't hard). The only reason why Sana showed any interest in Asami was because Nanaka was being a bitch toward Sana.

DanielSong39 2007-11-27 03:17

Her "help me" letter to Sana - along with the stuffed mailbox - were clear signs that Nanaka had lost it at some point. She seems to be relatively sane for now, but she's still walking on a tightrope at this point. Her bipolar nature, as well as her actions in episode 8, are clear warning signs that only a stereotypical "nice guy" in a harem anime could miss.

I had the misfortune of having to deal with a real-life Nanaka at one point... safe to say that results were not pretty. Girls like her may be appealing in a TV show, but in real life - you'll have much better luck with nice girls like Asami.

Well, I had the "misfortune" of dealing with several Nanakos. I'll have to say that the result was good: they all got better (I was fortunate enough to be of help for their recovery).

It all depends on who you meet, and how you deal with it.

She's not any better....I would rather take Nanaka's bitchiness instead

I agree with KSJ but Sana's uncertain feelings are very dangerous for anyone involved. DS Nanaka hasn't crossed the line yet, grandma has. We may get another emotional breakdown episode if Sana still has doubts but it won't turn out like school days. Atleast I am looking forward to concert in episode 13 (if any).

Lol, from this I could tell that he didn't get the memo on Asami's profile :D

That said though, everybody has their good and bad points and I won't condemn her just because of that. Likewise it's not fair to remember/label Nanaka for only her bad points.

Your thought is my thought, friend.

The only "stable" person in this series seems to be Aoi (well, if you ignore her falling and bumping), and I wonder if they have a back story to her.....

If not, then we can declare her to be the only sane person :p
