7/10 It was good until they inserted that scene...

People are overplaying that particular scene.

Eh. The way I see it Mikoto is "pretending" to be getting cheered up and is in fact super gloomy but doesn't want her friends to notice.

Agreed. I'd say the scene pushes her more into dissociating herself.

The more they remind her of how precious they are to her, the more she'll try to keep them away from the darkness.

And that wish to keep the worlds apart just adds to the stress she's under.

I liked how they merged the tea scene into the Shinobu scene. It was a perfect fit.
