@ Treme - Let me repeat: He spent his life around males and he has no concept on sex/relationships at all. He gave Ichika chocolate on Valentines day:uhoh: He'd assune the two males in thr BL manga were fighting.

@ Stratos - That'd work only if he had no idea what BL was. Inami seems like a healthy adolescent, so he'd definitely show at least some reaction. Unless he was gay/bi, then I can buy the poker face/lack of reaction.

I cater it to the shield drains absurd amount of energy, until the invention of independent small fusion reactor, only warship from frigate and upward can use it in my verse (since most of them are Nuclear powered now). And they have no such thing as Absolute defense.
