It's the World Cyber Games...
Team 3D is a CS (Counter-Strike) and CoD (Call of Duty) "clan". They won the gold this year, silver last year. (at CS)
It should be in the games section, but meh...

I was reminded of a quote from bash.org:

i think that anyone who knew what those acronymns meant would already have known the outcome of the event
