dark mica blue has sparkles in it so not sure if you want that.

If Vektar suggests that its has sparkles in it then i wouldn't recommend it. I airbrush my kits so i don't use spray paints but if i were to choose to use sprays i would make it more black then a blueish. The only other colour i can suggest is
TS55 Dark Blue but i would still stick with a more black look.

That colour guide is a tad out of date. I found a better one. If you take a look at the Dark Blue on the new one compared to the old one you will see a difference. But paint changes colour a bit when its wet to when its dried.

^ the 00 Raiser looks like it got p@Wned by the Susanowo in that box art, :heh:
& Hiling Care's Garazzo's attack pose reminds me of Lady Deathstrike from x-men for some reason...

EDIT: by the way, its me GUNDAM H.E.X. now "evolved" into DRAGUN H.E.X.

LordStrike 2009-06-08 08:55

were do you get the pics of the box art so big?

Kelrys 2009-06-08 09:09

Wow, nice arts. I especially like Hiling Garazzo's art.

Never fail to impress me :D

SonicSP 2009-06-08 10:09

Hilling Care may be another recycle but Bandai made the suit look more impressive than in the anime itself, worth a buy for me.

As for Susanowo,I like Masuruo better but Bandai, you're tempting me.Sure this one has more equipment anyway.......this is the first I've heard of it's model number though.......GN-X-Y......?

Should have given it a Union number.....or a big kanji.

Kelrys 2009-06-08 10:22

I hope the Susanowo don't have weak joints like the Graham Custom Flag.

I know I did. :p

Now to wait for the Masurao colors of the bunny-samurai flag..

GN0010 Nosferatu 2009-06-08 14:23

Are those GN Drives on the Susanowo's hips?

melting models = losing a couple of teeth

i had a couple of models, but then a good friend of mine thought he was funny placed them in the oven, and then he suddenly lossed 2 of his teeth.
but i am thinking of starting to collect them again.

thanks heaps guys for the painting advice, i probably end up going with the NATO black (what is the difference between NATO and the normal colours???). also in regards to Mica colours, do they all have 'sparkles' in them?

I dont use mica paints because of the sparkle but my buddy Mr.Capcom does(http://mrcapcomds.blogspot.com/searc...&max-results=7), so i took a pic of his 00 from his blog as an ex. of what mica looks like. He uses blue and red mica and the grey is gun metal which is pretty much a mica grey.

Dear customer

Hi
Thank you for purchasing our product and contacting us.
Please find our replacement policies below.

1. We accept free replacement for any defection or missing parts if it occurred in our production line or during the transportation. We need to see a picture of broken parts or a sprew that has missing parts in the unwrapped plastic bags when you ask for a replacement.

2. We also accept a replacement for broken parts or missing parts which occurred under customer's responsibility. This replacement will be done free of charge but it will be only one time deal.

Your replacement will be done under policy #2.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sorry for delay.

Sincerely

Hana.

does that mean they got my parts ordered and will send them to me after they got mine ready??

Sorry for the delay in reply. Was in Japan and Hong Kong and only just got back. From that message it's just stated what the policies are. She should have asked what parts you are enquiring to replace if not have stated already. You should email back if not already enquiring further.
