Yep, the ride doesn't end yet.
|
I'm hoping to see more of gold.
|
GoRa is going to keep pimping this out until no one can stand it anymore are they?

Why are there only six of them in the picture then?

Anyway, going by the picture, this is probably a prequel. The one king missing to complete the seven is probably Kuro's old master. |
Yep ... I was also thinking it could be from earlier on.
Well, I like the franchise, so I am fine with it - good news. ^^ |
Well I down for more K as long as I can see more Anna

And I liked Hisui and Iwa so I hope this series, if it's a prequel, sheds more light on them. |
I can't find myself getting excited for this at all if they're all prequel/backstories.
We already got Shirou's backstory, and from then on he was just in his blimp. The Lieutenant might be interesting, but it seemed like once he set up the current order and controlled the slates he kind of just sat around and didn't engage much. Ichigen would be fun to watch for maybe an episode, but not sure if that little group training could pull off more than that. Return of Kings didn't really make me care at all about Green/Gray kings. In fact, the less I see/hear of them, the better. Gray MIGHT have an interesting story if it's before the Crater incident, but otherwise both seem like they'd be boring as hell. That leaves Red and Blue, and I wouldn't be surprised if they get the most episodes. They're the ones we know the least about despite getting the most screen time, but we also know they've been around a while and have been active. I wouldn't mind seeing a story about how the Blue King is selected. |
I don't mind Blue's backstory but I get the feeling that this series is an excuse for GoRa to cater to all of those fujioshi who love the Red/Blue pairings (Suoh/Muna, SaruMi)

I guess that's an option. But I honestly prefer something new. And cramming all those novel into one season doesn't sounds like a safe idea too. |

Apparently, this will be a list of 7 movies altogether. Starts Summer 2018.

I guess that should be 1 for each king and at the last one is revealed that all the stories are connected in some way (?).
|
No, they are making the novels and the manga only materials into film.
