That was Gundam Marker paint?:twitch: It doesn't look like it. Is it just the regular blue marker or you mixed?

I see. I thought you painted that part as well.

Because my collection priority is like nike's. I prioritize collecting 1/100 more than 1/144. If I already got its 1/100, then I see no reason in getting its 1/144 scale as well. Except for Sinanju which I got in all scale, LOL!

:)

Except for me...

MG --> no MG then get 1/100 No Grade
SD? --> only some of them
HG --> forget it
RG --> forget it
PG --> too damn expensive ;)

I don't have the actual color which is why I use the stickers

BB Senshii Gundam AGE-3 Normal/Orbital/Fortress
http://gundamguy.blogspot.com/2012/0...dam-age-3.html

Damn~ Already. So I guess that Bandai's plan was to do all wears in 1 set... So we end up paying 3x the amount to have all 3.

Paint is 1 thing, mixing is another issue

That's why I said "like". Here's mine:

MG --> no MG then get 1/100 NG or HG
SD --> I have 2 and I have no plans in getting another in the near future
HG --> Whenever I feel like there's no chance of that kit getting an MG (or even just a NG 1/100) or I'm so hyped over it that I can't wait getting one myself even though it's inevitable MG release is sooo near.
RG --> Too small for my hands and too fragile for my forcefulness. Honestly, I would like to try RG Strike Rouge, but that's too expensive as it's an expo version.
PG --> Too expensive and super space consuming. Besides, the only PG I like is Strike Rouge.

I've tried mixing paints myself and thankfully, it's close to the actual color. Well, some stickers aren't really same in color with the actual parts so I guess that works for me anyhow.

Sinanju is the only one I'd consider getting in all sizes as well, it's way too sexy to pass up:D
But that will be for a later date, won't be getting any duplicates until I get one of all the models I want first.

But it's completely bitching stuff, I'm always drawn to other stuff so deciding what to get is a rela pain.
I spied this on front page of HLJ and I'll tell you now I'm getting it!

Though I love Sinanju, I actually messed up its SD. That's why I'm doing all the preparations necessary for HG and MG, most specially for the MG. I am to buy the metal thrusters set, already bought the waterslides, and I'm already searching for the Sinanju head display stand. My worries will have to be the gold trims because that's what I messed up in my SD.

casval cehack 2012-04-17 23:12

I see. I always kept most of my gunplas atleast in scale. With more selections, that means HG (or RG), except those great 2.0 MGs.

How come it looks like AGE 3 doesn't have the chest sticker?

The shelves/cases they used for display attracted my eyes more than the models, somehow...

Nope, it's from the Gundam Front Tokyo exhibit. Quite a collection...of nice transparent shelves.:D

Particularly these displays:
Likely limited gunplas -> http://www.amiami.jp/blog/2012/04/17gft_02/75.jpg
Freedom METEOR and Dendrobium Orchis -> http://www.amiami.jp/blog/2012/04/17gft_02/59.jpg

Of course it is. What's it from?

Its a Mix of an Airmaster Kit & a few other parts from other Gunpla. Its not done yet.

HG Farsia Review on manual & Runners
http://www.gunjap.net/site/?p=59161

might getting it due to this:
Step 11, mount on action base 2 & tilted together!!!!

bio9205 2012-04-19 08:59

What are those transparent wires made of? They should be easy to cut, right?

HasuMasu 2012-04-19 09:03

Those wire things are fabulous, you can adjust their length or something like that--I think.

Probably the same flexible tubing material for HG gunplas like in Lunamaria's Orthros cannon.

duotiga 2012-04-19 09:42

Yeah, that one too.

IMO, the Unicorn HD + MS Cage box is the best. Fiery...and still sealed?

duotiga 2012-04-19 10:24

yea is still in mint seal

the base looks really good! :) i think the front skirt will be a potential problem for this kit, its just held in by balljoints without any cap over them. probably will pop out every time you move the front skirts. :(

Dragonar Fan 2012-04-19 14:17

Heres the current as of now with the Kitbash

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/...X/101_6033.jpg

I might want to strip down the main Vents a little & That one wing is just a quick application, I might swap it out & make something new.

Appel 2012-04-19 14:22

there is an italian seller on amazon who sells a ton of gunpla... for italian people the prices arent bad. its about the same as if you ordered it at HLJ.
however, shipping to germany is pretty expensive. id pay about 40€ for a HG kit that way :T not worth it.
although he does have some expo exclusives like the clear HG zeta with the mega launcher.

Obelisk ze Tormentor 2012-04-19 15:11

I do wonder, why people want to buy those clear kits? Do they want to see the inner frame of the kit that bad? Or is it the clear armor that’s appealing? Either way, I’m never interested in those clear kits. Not even once. I prefer my kits to have solid forms :heh:.

@Dragonar Fan: Nice job there. Some custom painting will make it perfect :).

the HG kits dont even have a frame^^
i suppose they are really just for hardcore collectors who want them only for the sake that they are rare expo exclusives.
with the right light the expo zeta does look pretty neat though:
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-2dTRaxXfr3...s1600/zeta.png

but a problem is that fully clear kits are a lot more brittle than the solid versions.

I would rather spend my money on MG Zeta ver 0.1 than that thing. :heh:

HasuMasu 2012-04-20 00:29

^ It looks great, not really sure about clear-kits myself but I understand the appeal.

Bashfulz 2012-04-20 00:36

i like those clear-color MG kits.. :) not those HG clear or those 30th anniversary colorless clear pieces. really like how you can sort of see through the armor for this MG strike rogue. :)
