Hm...I'm wondering if the Reborn Gundam and Reborn Cannon are gonna two separate releases.

I vote the latter, you know Bandai.

Why would they release two seperate kits for what's basically the same mobile suit? It'd be like them releasing a Kyrios MS Form and Kyrios Flight Form separately, and the Reborns isn't an armor-purging machine like the Virtue/Nadleeh.

I know they're Bandai... but even they have limits when it comes to milking people. And having observed the modelling scene for quite a few years now, and in those years I've never seen Bandai release a transforming mobile suit in two different releases for each mode: It's just not done.

(Alright, there is the HGUC S and EX-S Gundams... but considering their massive size and complicated transformation it's kinda obvious why they didn't include a transformation feature... and the Reborns is hardly as large or as complicated as the Ex-S :heh: )

Well, you're probably right...but they are Bandai. So, I'll semi expect it.;)

There's another way. Release Reborns Gundam first with extra Cannon parts, but can't transform. And then release another Reborns Cannon with extra Reborns Part. And then you can fuse 2 together to get one perfect version!!!

After that, Bandai will release twin set and then a Trans Am set just to piss off fans :D

yeah the reborns gundam only needs to flip its head back and do something with the hands so bandai wont make 2 other then the normal and trans am version.

My prediction with 00/Exia raiser kits:
First comes Trans-am 00 raiser with beam parts.
Second comes Exia R2 with gn sword III runner for 00 raiser.
So now you'd need 3 kits to have a normal 00 raiser with all of its equipments.
Bandai!!!!

And then they'll torture us with a mg exia and 00 raiser variants. Can you imagine them releasing 4 different mg 00 raisers? trans-am/normal (0 raiser- $50/ 00- $60 because it has LEDs..yay) /Designer's Color/ Extra or Titanium Finish

As much as I love Reborns Gundam's design, I keep wondering why he would want to transform like that.

Canon on one side and Gundam on the other. It also seems like his Gundam form doesn't really give him any advantage...(he still had to turn around to fire the canons)

The Exia R2 isn't using a GN Sword III.

Is the blade of the GN Sword III going to be molded in gray instead of pinkish trans-am color or white?

I've seen a few other screens earlier, and they too show the blade being gray.

Has anyone else wondered... The Reborns Gundam looked ALOT like the Hi-Nu from the back...

Yup, Obvious referrence to the original Gundam, GN Cannon and the Hi-Nu Mobile Suits. Akll of which Amuro piloted, of course ;)

Just as most of us here, probably, I'd be overjoyed with a MG Reborns Gundam.

The design could still use some refining though - it could be a really beautiful MG with a few more details, especially in the plain and kind of generic torso area. Hopefully they'll open up the MG to more non-UC designs, since 00 seems to target a slightly older age group.

Yeah, I put all of them stickers. I tend to build my models straight on and then just panel-line them.

Sheesh, what a month. Seem that the only Gundam purchase is going to be MG Sword Impulse for me :)

Haha, I'm starting my university education in a few months so I'll have to save for the fees. I think I'll hold out for the 00 Damashis, MGs, and skip the HGs/NGs.

I need more funds. :(

Yeah, I have quite a large collection already, so I have to restrain myself from more purchases. Just exceptional ones like model kit versions of Dynames/Cherudim/Buster on an exceptionally good SEED Master Grade. Not counting the Guncannonish Reborns and Arche which are just to sweet to overlook.

So yeah, I just bought and built the HGUC Sazabi, and holy shit, is it AMAZING!
I think I may just start buying more HG model kits now. Wow, first HG kit in nearly a decade and has it drastically improved a whole bunch. WOW WOW WOW! What a first-rate kit.

The leg armour's pretty bulky though, it can't bend as much as the PG Strike. I have to say the level of detail is rather incredible, but unfortunately, I will not be getting it. Funds forbid. =(

hrm, what pen do you use for panel lining? i find that most thin markers do not flow well on unpainted plastic. :(

I'm thinking of getting Nu Gundam HWS, but I'm worried it'll turn out too pale.

I wish they made the Nu Gundam HWS instead of the Hi-Nu Gundam MG im really disappointed with the over all look of the Hi-Nu.

same here, i detest the new design. What i dont understand is why they would redesign the Hi-Nu and release it. The original design recieved nothing but positive feed backs, games like SRW made the hi-nu's design a favourite, purple and white colour pattern etc. I am pritty sure that regardless of the price due to its bulky-ness, that hi-nu would have sold more than the new redesigned hi-nu. i would have bought one for sure :heh:
