its a nice idea using different characters in each letter of the naruto text - not very noticable tho since its kinda small for the faces - a larger sig would make them stand out more.

i like the nice idea with the background - hm how should i put this - im not so keen on the black/white border but the swipes between the black and blue look cool.

aashin main thing im critical about is your name - the text does not suit the image and i dont like the positioning of it either. Lets see... etooo enlarging the image should give enough space at the top left to add your name in the black - its quite a crowded image.

Now although i was quite critical on some parts... I love the techniques used in making the image and i can clearly tell that time has been spent making it. Now with a few improvements that sig can look really cool.

With minus points for your name at bottom, the border (which can be improved), the small text size at bottom makes the faces unoticable without a closer look

Plus points to creativity with the background between white and blue - the use of the faces on the text (needs enlarged as i said tho)

Now for overall rating - i like it - i will give you 7/10 or in your scale possibly a b3 to a c1

kaminix what can i say - im not sure what you did to image - would get more ratings if you explained what you did - im not certain what you made - i have rough idea - from what i see you drew boxes and maybe put stroke on the hair and changed some of the colors? if soo good job if not plz tell what u did :D then i rate proper. It looks like you put lot of work into it tho.
