I have strong Genei Taiyo vibes in both atmosphere and the fact that Tatsuya Katou composes the music, so I have enough reason to enjoy this potentially great series. That and the artwork + staff proves to be astounding and watching the visuals alone made me think that the main characters could be perhaps anti-heroes or villains because of their fashion sense.

And I still have 5 eps of Genei left. Is it worth watching or the same shit as Symphogear S1 cause I really wanted to drop it after ep. 8?

...I'm admittedly quite interested. As long as this is a purely comedy thing, it could possibly be neat. I hope they are villains, because I want more shows like that.

The last five episodes were quite good I admit, especially with the plot twists they have delivered in a way that was quite shockingly awesome. Just watch the rest before admiting whether it was better or not, I swear.

Their recent originals are a disappointment in a lot of ways but I'll give this one a look because of DAT STAFF.

Character design has me interested.

Anyone have a synopsis for this yet? Though from the character designs and the title, I'm guessing these are supposed to be villain protagonists?

According to the website, the series will premiere this winter on MBS and Tokyo MX with opening theme by Maya Sakamoto.

It's a trailer for another anime though, you're in the wrong thread I'm really hoping the new PV of this series to be released sooner

I don't mind the anime character designs but while A-1 made an effort to render the artwork faithful to the original character designs, they are inferior and I have fear that the show will turn out to be bad. I was very hyped when it was first announced but now I'm trying to be cautious in how will the aspects of the show will be like once the animated footage will be released.

Kinda jumping the gun there basing the series' quality based of changes to character design, and very minor changes at that. Many series don't make the transition from original artwork to final animation art, but turn out fine in the end.

Also consider that this is an original animation, rather than an adaptation of anything.

I definitely agree with all of this, couldn't have said it better myself.
