You can find little people all by themselves? I always love putting little ground crew guys next to gundams/ mobile suits even though they are too big.

I'm thinking of getting MG 00Q or Exia - not much experience with MGs here. Is it a good kit? I'm mainly looking at 3 things - no loose parts/joints (that don't fall off easily), not many stickers as I don't paint (those under the GN condensers are fine), and preferably a nice amount of panel lines. Any thoughts on 00Q?

^ Definitely not Exia, it's a bad offender for all the things you don't want.

Very articulate, but at the same time very flimsy.

Though the Quan[T]'s armor pieces like to fall off, there isn't much of a problem with flimsy articulation.

The MG Exia is a little flimsy in the ankle. But you could always just get some Extra Thin Tamiya and brush over on the polycap joint. It will add a thin layer of the cement, and it'll thicken up the polycap..just enough to make it a little more sturdier.

Similarly, the MG 00 Qan[T] also has loose part issues. But it's for displaying it as Quantum Burst Mode.

For both though, you could just use an Action Base 1 and 99% of these "problems" are gone. :p

Personally I am happy with both of them. The Exia does have a lot more problems than the OOQ though. Lose ankles, lose joints in general, parts popping off and much more. As far as MGs go it is pretty crappy.
Both the OOQ and the OO Raiser / Seven Sword/G are awesome though. The OOQ has a few small problems with parts popping off but all in all it's a great kit.

A little bit of Tamiya Extra Thin Cement on the joint section, dry it up, good to go.

You gotta be REALLY careful with that though. Too much cement and you risk fusing the pieces together instead of just making the joint tight.
A flat top coat also helps by the way.

Not really. Just shake the bottle with the cap closed gently.
Place back on flat surface.
Unscrew cap and dap the glue bristle thing gently like a few times.
Just "paint" the part with the glue.

Leave it to dry for a few minutes, and then put the part back on.

Don't be cheap. Flat coat or just use the Tamiya Extra Thin Cement.

Cheap? it's about being smart, if you put on too much flat coat or thin cement, both parts are ruined. a tiny square of toilet paper wont do any of those.

Thanks for the tips! Was leaning toward 00Q anyway. I don't paint/topcoat at all, so I'll see what I can do. :) And interesting tip Znozzy, I might try that on some of my loose HGs :D

G Bouncer and HGUC Banshee Destroy Mode arrived. 3 hours later G Bouncer was done haha. Nice little guy, I really love his shield and chest. Not a fan of the Sparrow and even here the legs just aren't doing it for me.

Now just need to work on Banshee and get that done before my next two MG's arrive.

Oh Unicorn mode? I honestly have no idea, I didn't bother with Unicorn mode. I am just leaving my Banshee OVA in Unicorn and didn't feel the need to have to HGUC's.

Same for Unicorn.

Edit: I just checked a review to double check and the Unicorn mode Banshee does indeed come with the Beam Saber blades as well as we Hyper Boozaka and closed shield.

Seems like optional spots if you want to mix-and-match the C-Funnels, but I guess we might see a gloss injection Trans Am version in the future? :D
