Who's Your Favorite Mai-Otome Character?
 

Well, it's time we revisit this poll.

Stealing MattAlchemy's idea and splitting it into two separate threads with their very own polls. I'm going to limit the poll so that you can only vote for your Top most favorite My-Otome character, but you can list the 2, 3 or 4 place winners you post if you'd like. Who's Your Favorite Mai-Otome Female Character?

So, here's my list, as of ep. 16:
1. Nina
2. Arika
- I hate to admit it, but those 2 really grew on me recently.
3. Shizuru
- She's too close to being perfect it's getting scary, she's just too good to be true, especially if you consider her HiME counterpart.
4. Nao
- Just like Shizuru, I used to hate her HiME counterpart, but her "realistic with a good side" attitude in Otome grew on me.
5. Erstin
- She was the most "interesting" newcomer early in the series, but her development has been boring as of late.

Mai might grab one of those spots when and if she finally appears.
But those are the most "memorable" chars in Otome so far.

Actually no, but I just realized that I can add more options. I just added Sergey Wong. Is there another male character that should be added?

Edit: Added Nagi as well.

So My list would be (form most to least):

Nina Wong: Lately she's becoming a fave of mine... can't seem to take her out of my mind when I try to write my new fanfic...

Arika Yumemiya: I came to like her character alongside Mashiro...

Mai Tohkia (or whatever the spelling of "Tohkia" was): it took her a long time to appear back in the series but the wait should be worth it... I hope

Natsuki Kruger and Shuzuru Viola: Those two doesn't impress me as they did in MH.... so sad....

Nagi is an interesting char, and perhaps Rad too.
But other than Sergay, all male chars are really just background chars...

All hail the queen (fake or not) and let us pray that she may become the shadow Otome.

On this poll, I voted for Nina, but I'd like to move it to Sergay.

On the "most hated" poll, I voted for "other" since I didn't see Tomoe on the list.

Anyway, my list for the males:
1. Sergay
- I always liked male chars who stuggled between good and evil, Sergay embodies that perfectly.
2. Nagi
- Evil in a cool way, like the OL in HiME, but better IMO.

Akane is my favorite. 2nd would be nao. Followed by crazy haruka.

Shiho haha! I vote for Shiho and Irina, but who's better. Shiho's evilness is actually funny. Irina's jokes are actually funny.

Irina: Usually you'll go"Wow! Bouncy, like Erstin's chest!" Episode13 beginning.

Let's see.. It will be for
1. Tomoe ~ I like her twisted personality, I want to see more of her wicked actions ♥
2. Nina ~ Her character development flows nicely.
3. Arika ~ I can't stand her genki-ness ;)
4. Nao ~ She's just... admirable :love:

After, i want to vote other - Midori , Arika , Nao

Call me faithful - they are my ultimate; I adore all the characters (even that psycho hose beast Tomoe :D) - but I stick to my roots, and these two did it for me (Though Nao and Chie ae fast becoming my top faves too :D)

Sunrise did a fairly good job in baiting the viewers with the HiME cast, making sure people would tune in and now that people have invested their time, old faves like Natsuki and Shizuru will slowly be phased out in favor for their new crop of chars :)

I don't mind....I'll just have to revisit the HiME series to get my fix.

Yet....I keep craving and hoping for more ShizNat surprise. :P (sue me)
