Finally... Just finally.. Some Sakuya screen time T.T You know... watching Sakuya in Hayate no gotoku is almost the same as reading the 4komas on Nanoha that is based on Hayate. Hurray for Kana Ueda T.T I love you gal... Lmao.


Oh yeah. Anyone catch the.... CielXHayate reference lmao xD? And also. In the preview of the next episode, will hayate come out with a rocket launcher xD? And why does the robot give me a Gurren-Lagaan vibe?

That pendant being evil seems like a heavy blow to nagi's harem chances.

This was a good episode. Hayate's lines was just awesome - he's telling the truth but the choice of words the writers did to make it easy for Nagi to misunderstand...:D

Love triangles...gotta love them. A misunderstanding concerning Maria/Hinagiku x Hayate somewhere down the road would be awesome!

Well... at least they are continuing with the story.... except for the 3 last fillers... T.T

I've always liked Isumi, but this ep made me grow even fonder of her.

Hayate and Isumi look good together. Or rather, she makes it look good. She may be slow, naive, and live in a strange world populated by ghost, but she projects an aura of grace and gentleness that's quite endearing.

The lesson of the cat sequence is, I think: Wataru likes Isumi because she looks like his mom.

the butler?
The kid?

Between that and Hayate saying that they're going towards the universe, I think the vibe may be more than unintentional.

Very good ep i liked it. Especially when Hayate tries to explain the "situations" between him and Isumi and S.

Ohh and here are titles for ep 25-28:

absolutely great episode, kept me laughing, I don't know why but I just couldn't stop laughing at the part when Wataru hands the milk to the cat and then takes it and drinks it :heh:
Ah yes, Misunderstandings is what makes this anime good and funny

I love Tama.... Im so glad they are using him more.... nothing like a trouble making talking tiger to make a an episode better.... :heh:

Sakuya is pretty much a worthless character.... especially the way they use her. Its like a Zero no Tsukiama vibe where she just beats on Hyate when ever she is in the scene and thats it.... bleh >_>

Black Hayate? *Imagines angry evil Hayate* Well it didn't work the first time, he'll probably fail at it again, provided this episode has what I think it features, which it probably doesn't. :heh:

Great episode. Isumi was really awesome in this one, but where's my Hinagiku? :mad:

Finally, a strong manga chapter gets animated.

Just excellent. Everything worked just right. Nagi and Wataru's faces were big source of amusement.
And if that fell short, Black Keys Hayate made it to the 10/10

Great episode. Hayate sure worth a lot of money, 150,000,000 yens is quite something, and yet, Isumi bought Hayate without hesitation was just...

Excellent episode. Funniest one for weeks, and had me laughing almost non stop. And the romantic subplot has been elevated a level as well. That component is surprisingly well executed. The romance in this is hardly among the best romance anime has seen, but it's better than the average harem, which is a good achievement considering the emphasis is really on comedy. But ultimately, that's probably the result of the fact that this show has great characters.

Serious lols at Sakuya's reference to Nishizawa in Butler Network. This show can be seriously clever and quick-witted at times. I love self-aware comedies like this and Ouran.

Did Isumi really confess her love to Hayate? Or was that part of the misunderstanding because Hayate was saying how people glared at him and she said that to comfort him?

It's ambiguous. The word she used can mean anything from "You're a pretty cool guy, let's hang out sometimes" to "let's have sloppy wet make-outs", and anything in between.

I think the romance will improve as the series goes along. Because we have to admit the series is based on a misunderstood "confession".

^Well, Hayate's only worth 3x the stole Isumi left in the guest room at the beginning of the episode (and she didn't think losing it was a big deal so I wouldn't get my hope up):heh:
And Isumi looks really cute this episode ... And Nagi, too ... The sad face and the thin eyes, I mean...

Also, this episode has been very excellent. Proof: no complain of the lack of Hina :p

Well with the events that unfolded for 24th it is now not surprising why Hayate had a very awful, bad luck streak on last episode.



Taru Taru was cute in kitten terms.;)

I will have to part with the majority on this episode, it ended poorly. It was going strong, maids looking at porn, misunderstandings, selling butlers. Then they pulled the rug out from under me with that cat. I'm thinking hey, this would be a great scene for Hina to show up in, but no Hina. Instead it was sappy and made of fail. It left me irritated with the episode as a whole. Could have been a awesome episode if not for that last part.

Well, it was a really enjoyable, normal episode. Isumi is unbelievably cute, and Sakuya also makes me go "moeee". Her character design is really well done, her eyes and hair match her personality really well. And a little fanservice from her at the end didn't hurt anyone :heh:.

But I'm a little troubled by the lack of Nagi and Hinagiku in the last few episodes. Why must that happen?! Obviously, the scene in which she was crying at the end was really cute, though I feel a little sad for her. She's impulsive and can't make much of her actions before she takes them... but alas, that's the reason she's voiced by Kugimiya Rie, isn't it?

Tama is hilarious as always. "I don't want to destroy the dreams of little girls, but I could care less about boys!" - or so he says. It's always a lot of fun when he's around. But you have to give credit to the writers... being able to twist such a simple situation into a full-scale mess, using only the wording in Hayate's phrasing is really a hard task. And he himself, lol. "Children are out of his strike zone!". Hayate better watch out... there're millions of us here who'd kill him and wear his skin to be able to be in his position.

Son... They need more Tsukihime references and more Sakuya.... Seriously... Kansai people ROCKS!. A bit sterotypical though...

What a great episode best one is weeks. The show really shines when the misunderstandings get out of control. Regardless it was about time my 2nd favorite female character got some screen time again. Right behind Hinagiku Isumi is so cute it hurts and it was obvious a long time ago that she had a crush on Hayate. But i could have never guessed in my wildest dreams that 1 Nagi would actually sell him and 2 Isumi would actually say ok, talk about heavy handed stuff from one little mix up. At least Isumi broke Hayates bad luck with the pendant. But it does not seem to have helped much since this has all happened. Even Maria was at a loss and did not know what to do.

Just as funny was Hayate telling Tama that he thought he was not going to speak while others were around for fear of destroying peoples dreams LMAO i totally forgot he had said that and it was just as funny this time around. Nagi calling Hayate the most handsome man in the universe WOW thats some pressure to live up to. Although i dont think they will focus on this to much it does make one think about the possible pairings at the end if they even give us that. I dont the show is really about who Hayate will end with. I dont think we will get a clear answer at the end of the series anyway. But i wont say Nagi is out of the running yet she still has a chance especially with how long the series is going to run for. But we can not deny the stiff competition for Hayate's heart Hinagiku, Maria, and Isumi so far thats a tough crowd.

Other good points Gundam of course she even mentioned Gundam XX. The dragon punch she landed on Hayate. I am not sure but i need confirmation on this when Hayate goes to stop Tama i think they were making fun of Ciel from Tsukihime because of the 3 long swords he was holding in each hand. Take a look.

They keep making Tama awsome. He has his own S&M video
but I see Saki differently now. Maybe she should get together with Tama :heh:

I thought they were talking about Gundam 00.

They were, but I think he left his comment that way to illustrate more on how Nagi herself said it. Funny enough, the series hasn't even aired yet, which gives you that whole "Sanzenin Pwns j00" idea.

Yeah thats pretty much how i wrote it but what even more amazing is that Nagi recommends like every Gundam starting from the first season and tells the poor guy not to sleep LMAO.

Has anyone been able to confirm what i asked about the Tsukihime parody?

yeah he probably is imitating Ciel. The stance and weapons used, its too similar NOT to be Ciel. Anyway this episode was awesome, 10/10! Love the romance triangles and the misunderstandings. The writers are BRILLANT!:p


Isumi is kinda cute as well lol

Since nobody mentioned it yet, there’s a scene (around the time 6:39-6:51 in the video) of Tama wearing a blue cap (similar to Jotaro's) doing a tribute to Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
