They have different hairs
They have different face structure
they have different eye color
they have different breast size

It can't be denied that there is a resemblance, but if that was really Bern the resemblance would be more striking than that.

But why would Bern disguise herself? It's not like she needs to look a little different from her usual self else people would recognize her.
