You have just made my day. And my year. THIS IS SUCH EPIC NEWS.

Von Himmel 2011-12-17 07:16

kitttaaaaaa~~~
Oh gosh I can't wait for more Sakurako and Himawari

Hiroi Sekai 2011-12-17 07:23

Wait...maybe NOW we get to see Akane? I want my Yui Horie, dammit!

HasuMasu 2011-12-17 07:33

Glorious yuri has returned.

tezu 2011-12-17 07:48

Wow. I didn't expect Yuru Yuri to get a sequel so soon tbh. DVD sales must've been really successful.
Now I wonder what's going to be the content of the new season...? :) more HimawarixSakurako, please!

Om Nerabdator 2011-12-17 08:02

I want more yuri moments!!!

serious though i cant wait to see akaris sister thats gonna be epic note: i dont know a thing about her yet

and i cant read japanese is the date set for the 2nd season yet?

Jan-Poo 2011-12-17 08:12

Yes! I just can't wait! I hope it won't be too far in the future.

HasuMasu 2011-12-17 08:12

Akarin's sister is definitely what i'm waiting for, I don't know anything about her either but I know it's going to be epic.

DXMichael 2011-12-17 08:21

When I saw the thread name, I cried a little with happiness.

Tempester 2011-12-17 08:29

While I wasn't totally won over by the first season, I welcome this (unsurprising) news with open arms. Yuru Yuri had this strange charm to it that made it more fun than the average schoolgirl-based comedy. I'll kick a kitten if Oota Masahiko doesn't return as the director, though, because he really made Yuru Yuri worth watching. Please don't pull a Minami-ke Okawari...

Midonin 2011-12-17 11:09

To Akari's suffering, and all other things this entails.

With the show's BD and DVD sales being around 6k per volume, this was to be expected.

Not that I'm complaining, I loved the first season (even if it took me a while to really get into it).

Echoes 2011-12-17 11:40

This is really, really good news. Cheered me the hell up.

I think she made a cameo somewhere in the first season, but I just can't remember where.

Stevie_Nix 2011-12-17 13:37

I consider this extremely excellent news! Not just because I really, really loved this series, but I consider its success a good thing overall for Yuri in general.

More KyoukoXYui and HimawarixSakurako FTW!:D

So I wonder when will this come out? Its probably too late for Spring 2012, so maybe Summer? Though I think maybe Fall is more likely.

I think it would come next spring, according to me (thoughts).

00Coyote 2011-12-17 16:46

Akariiin!

Yay! I really wanted more of this series.

+1

Love the tsundere X tsundere here, you wonder why you don't see such a thing more often.

Can't wait!

Poor Akari, who continues to be the most ignore main character in manga/anime history.
