Pretty much the same here, although I think I lasted longer. Around 150+ it started to seem like it was just spinning it's wheels. Even the author started posting irregularly like he didn't know what he wanted to write.

^Tbh, it was pretty obvious it was going that route even from the first one. Maybe LN version would be better, who knows? If this ever gets a manga, then we would see the changes made for the LN if there are any.

There are 3 idol recepcionist in that guild, I'm not even sure if there is more recepcionist staff other than them? I think I recall the 3 being from different races and the 3 have an almost romantic point for Luciel (since he is soft mannered and respectful, unlike the other brutish adventurers); they probably are going to increase their air time so that they feel "almost heroinish", the same for Lumina.

Oh, and judging by the door of the guild, it looks like the sealed dragons are going to have a bigger importance in the story. In any event the only thing we need are ossans; everything else is secondary.

Like in every chapter when he does something big, someone(Dragons/Spirits) always tease him with the future lover bullshit but she never appears, or more accurately = never revealed.
