There was already a scene of Kyousuke seeing Ruri in a bath towel by accident in the first game. It wasn't a full view though. You can pretty much guess what happened after that.

There is a patch in progress for the 1st one. They still have a long way to go.
There are several sumaries around that can help you go through the game with a general knowledge of what is going on.
