MKV converts with video upside down

I tried playing the avs file that the initial batch job creates. It is upside down as well. The avs file for an AVI file is right side up though. Any thoughts?

I've prob just missed this, but how do you stop...

I've prob just missed this, but how do you stop CCE from popping up with "save changes to noname". I have to choose something before the batch file will continue. It's really frikkin annoying.
