Well that's how it's supposed to work, according to Fine herself. But since that's not what's happening, I suspect the writers are either retconning it somewhat, or using it as misdirection....

I suspect that the problem is that the show actually requires someone to take the time to translate/sub it properly, and I don't believe this is streamed so it's not like it can be ripped or gotten...

Commie is slow for this particular show, translator issue perhaps. The only other groups that release subs for this show use Commie's scripts, so they always lag even further behind.
