I'd translate 蒼色の冷笑 as "Blue Sneer".

Note that there is a track called 金色の嘲笑 also by Luck Ganriki, which translates to "Golden Sneer". 嘲笑 and 冷笑 are pretty similar in meaning.

Most of the artists on the image album are from the doujin (indie) scene -- a nod to Umineko's roots. They're not professionals, by and large.

Yeah, I loved Ohara as Yuuko (and she was brilliant as Layla Hamilton in Kaleido Star). I doubt those shows were as popular as this one, though.
