At least 90% from my perceptive. The only thing out of place was the "fateful" encounter between Konoe and Shougo. Everything else is smoothly sailing...for now.

In the manga/light novel Konoe and Shougo...

In the manga/light novel Konoe and Shougo suddenly ran into each other, but they did meet at the cake/sweets shop like in the anime. There was no truck involved in either of the respective iterations.

That I don't know, I haven't looked at that yet because I haven't followed the series in awhile. It's safe to say that she's another harem candidate since she flirts and tries to seduce the main guy.
