What clue? Why the heck would you even think the Arche is capable of transforming? Zwei wasn't and Arche's weapons (big sword and fangs) wouldn't be helped by a transformation mode at all.

I'm not saying it can't. But if the weapons are going to be under the control of Setsuna when docked anyway, and the main purpose of the pilot of the Riser is to keep the Drives from overloading then...

They just said it this ep. The Riser will help 00 drives stablize. Sure it has a few weapons but thats the main reason Ian is so eager to get it.
