Nah, when series was first anoounced thay said that they wil animate all remining story. the palns may change but I doubt it.

The studio has a enough resources to produce 2-cour season.

FMP+FMP TSR adapted vol. 1-5 so frankly speaking we need at least 36 for proper adaptation. But 24 is manageable.

It's stupid to make a remake of properly adapted long series than you can just do a sequel.

I doubt they have enough money to make even 48 eps with quality on par with previous seasons.
